I would advise not to do business with this dealership. I contacted them about a vehicle that i was very interested in. The salesperson informed me that the vehicle was still available for sale. I immediately told him that i lived out of state but was very interested in purchasing the vehicle and asked if they could hold it for me if i put a deposit down. He told me that no deposit was needed and that they would hold the vehicle. I informed him that since i was out of state, that i would be sending someone on my behalf to inspect the vehicle for me. After i paid to have the vehicle checked, i asked the dealership what i needed to do to make the purchase. I asked if i could put a deposit down again, and it was refused. I was given the run around for days. I called frequently to attempt to purchase the vehicle before someone else displayed any interest. After numerous attempts to contact them, i days later i received a message saying that they sold the vehicle to a different customer! Needless to say i was and still am very upset and disappointed with the way this was handled. Not only did i lose out on money but i also lost the vehicle. I would not recommend doing any business with this dealership.

The service was very personal, friendly, and quick. They answered every question I had about the car I wanted and showed me other possible options in my price range. I purchased a 2013 Corolla S from them and I couldnt be happier with what I got. The price was under market value and it has very low miles. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Miami Auto Place when they start looking for a new car to buy. Im glad Im going on a road trip to Orlando with my gf next weekend with a working auxiliary port, unlike my old car. Special thanks to Richard Sommers who helped make what could have been a stressful situation, an easy and exciting experience.

My family and I had a very good experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable team. They treated us with dignity even though we have less than great credit, offered us the exact car we wanted (Orange Mustang), and made it happen. They seemed like a family oriented company - everyone there seemed well respected. I would shop from them again any day. There may be many dealerships...but the owner and his team stand out. I absolutely love them they were very welcoming, informative and most of all extremely helpful my credit is less then good and they worked hard and found me a loan a car and a great deal meanwhile staying within my budget.
