Shop somewhere else! I paid 14,700 for my car and it didnt turn on the very first day after purchase, I had to come back because the battery was dead, but they did replace it. They didnt give me any floor mats and the back windshield wiper was the wrong size so it didnt work. I went on 3 separate occasions to get this fixed and was sent away each time that they hadnt ordered it. I had someone say they would ship it to my house and I would be called when they were in, neither happened. Mind you this is a 40 minute drive for me. Today I went back and even called before coming to make sure they would have what I needed to which I was hung up in the face. When I arrived they had $5 plastic floor mats that dont even fit the car. They said repossessed cars dont have mats, but you would think they would prepare the car before selling it. They didnt have the windshield wiper and informed me no autozone nearby didnt have it either. They said you bought the car as is but I assumed the mats were in the trunk and I didnt think to check if the windshield wipers were the right size. I said give me the money and Ill go buy it, or order it and have it sent to my house and they didnt want to do either. They didnt know when to get the oil changed and knew nothing about the car. My advice go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. You would think for the price I paid I could get the basics and some customer service.

Bought a 2010 Chevy Silverado from Jose and Rowdy, and within 3 weeks of me having the car I had problems. They sold me a lemon and I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission to resolve this matter further If they do not cooperate and cancel this deal. Check engine light came on and the traction control light, whenever the car is turned on it struggles and when stopped it shakes and feels like its about to just give up. Also when sitting still and the car is on a toxic smell passes through the car. I would not do business with these people again and will leave a review on each site until I get my refund.

My salesman Henry was so knowledgeable about all the cars that its apparent hes been in the business a lot of years because he knew everything that he was talking about. The staff was also very knowledgeable in finance and and in the office. I just had an overall good experience with them. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. I love my 2011 Benz.

Auto Club of Miami is the place to go when looking for a used car. I purchased my 2010 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership and it was a smooth transaction all around. I was able to drive the car of my dreams in just a couple hours, finance dept. was outstanding. I highly recommended, just go take a look at their cars you wont be disappointed.

This place is fraudulent. They sold me a car that had been in two accidents but falsified the carfax to show it hadnt been in any. When I called to tell them, they laughed and told me to go screw myself and to hire an attorney. Thats exactly what I am going to do. Also reporting them to the better business bureau.
