Well let me tell you about the horrible experiences Ive had with this joke of a place. First, I took my vehicle in to get the two head gaskets replaced and some other work done as well, for a little more then $4,000. A short while down the road, some more issues came up. the car was leaking oil from the gaskets they replaced. Suspecting this new problem might have been linked to the prior work done to the vehicle i took it back to this dealer. They then gave me the classic dealer run around. You know the list of any random thing they could find wrong, with a total bill of around $1000. One of which, was another head gasket. Now at this point i was a bit upset, especial because they were not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes and fix the issues. They said sorry because i was upset and they were willing to give me a 25% discount on the repairs. I fought them for a while and gave in because I had to go to work. So I drop my car off and it was scheduled to be completed in a couple of days. Those couple days went by and I got a call. They told me they had ordered unnecessary parts and that the real problem with the vehicle was actually due to the careless actions of their so called mechanics. They ended up cracking the cylinder head cover, which is why it was leaking oil all over the car. Which still ended up costing me around $300 even though this was a result of negligence on their part. About a week later I received my vehicle that I use for work, back. So finally, everything should be fixed and i should be on my way right? Well no not really, not when your dealing with Start Motors. I go to drive my car and get this, the breaks didnt work. If i were to get on that main road they are located on I could have easily hurt myself or someone else. When I brought this to the managers attention he pulled the vehicle around back and fixed it. The fix didnt take long at all. I was told by the manager it was a simple mistake, and should have been caught before I reclaimed the vehicle. Needles to say I left that day and wont come back.

Ill purchased a 2014 Dodge Charger and was really looking forward to driving it. At 2500 miles ,the transmission began acting up. Took to their joke of a Service Dept and they did a software update. I thought OK, maybe thats all it needed. A few weeks later, the same issues started again. I took it back and I was told by Service Manager (really?) Joe Bonney they would run diagnostics. I also asked if they could check the tranny fluid. Three days later, I get a call to pick the car up "its fixed". The did another software update. No diagnostics were performed. They didnt even check the fluid for me.I buy a brand new car, under warranty and the thing drives like absolute crap. Then I cant even have the issue fixed because they only know how to do software updates. God forbid they pick up a wrench! I have to take.a trip next month and have to consider renting a car because I dont want to get stuck a few hundred miles from home with my pile of crap Dodge with 8000 miles on it. What a joke of a dealership. Stay away from this dump. Shop elsewhere and youll have a better experience with people who know something about fixing cars.

I purchased a used vehicle from Starr Motors. This was by far the best vehicle purchasing experience Ive ever had. If your a person who enjoys a lot of hype and being lied to, then Starr Motors is not the place for you. If you want someone who will tell you straight and to the point, this is what it is, this is what it will run you, this is what you Can do, then Starr Motors IS the place for you to go. Personally I like the No-Nonsense approach that they employ there. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Go see Danny, tell him Leigh sent you. :) So.. heres a quick update... I had to take my car to the service dept. I dont know what all the discontent is about, because I certainly didnt recieve the treatment others described. My car was taken care of in a timely manner, and done well. Being as a part had to be replaced, theres no indication that anything was disrupted. Well, since we were so pleased with the way everything was handled the first time AND with the OMG Dreaded Service Dept, we decided to purchase Jeep #2. Once again - A-1 service! Thank you Danny. Its been another great experience.

I purchased my 2016 Jeep with a lift put on it in January and my salesman was super friendly & nice! Glenn Ellis treated my girls & I excellentlly and he wasnt pushie at all. Great experience as a young women attempting to buy cars you usually get all kinds of salesmen that will really make you discouraged not even wanting to shop for a car, but Glenn was by far the best I have ever had. There were a couple other salesmen too that were always pleasant & very helpful as well when Glenn may not have been available there names were Jason Kramer & Jack Davis. I did have a leak in the roof a week after first purchasing it but called Glenn & he got me to the service guy to fix it.I also had the door liner or jam come loose but took it in & they fixed this as well. Little discouraged about a new vehicle having the problems like I have had but as long as it gets fixed & done right, not inconveniencing me too much Im ok. My girls and I are very pleased with our Jeep and the staff were always super nice I will recommend Starr Motors to other people and hopefully will purchase another Jeep in the future!

Horrible customer service! I will never, ever buy a vehicle from there again. Purchased a used vehicle, even though one of their salesmen tried to intimidate me so he could sell it to someone else. I went home crying the first time. Next time we went back to look at the same vehicle anyway. Decided to purchase it. Ten days after we got it, the transmission went on a vehicle from them that had less than 35,000 miles on it. It was still under their warranty and wed purchased an extra warranty. They used the extra warranty even though they were supposed to use theirs to fix it. It took them 21 days to give me back my vehicle. When I did get it back, they hadnt bled the brake lines correctly and I went off with virtually NO brakes and three children in my vehicle. I would NEVER shop there again and have since heard other horror stories, although I think none were nearly as bad as my experience. I do NOT recommend purchasing a vehicle or getting a repair from them.

Okay they gained back a star, service manager actually went out of his way to pick up my Jeep from my house to rectify the situation. Im glad they have someone who cares about customer service. But that still does not change the other issues that were going on. I was sitting there for a state inspection that I made an appointment for LAST WEEK, only to be told " we have 5 others before you". I DONT CARE ! You make appointments for a reason, so that is MY time slot. And then dont tell me " we dont make appointments for inspection" when you did and you have. 2 hours for state inspection when having an appointment is unacceptable
