Dont do it...just dont but from them. Aside from the car and its issues the process was very off putting and really left me in a bad situation purchasing a car where I was not afforded time to get inspected. I could write a lengthy review but honestly less than 30 miles off the lot and the vehicle was in Ford dealer diagnosed with sludge in the engine and an estimate for 11k in repairs/replacements. This is documented...this car is not my daily driver so it was driven less than 30 miles in 2 weeks. -They are not open on the weekend...( understand being a small business but sometime sacrifices have to be made when you decide to open a business selling things...rather expensive things) -They are not open late (past 6pm)... -They rushed me through the sales process (which Jessica did apologize for and I understand the circumstance but they really dont make it easy to buy a vehicle around your schedule or have enough time to get it inspected.) -The vehicle was on E when I purchased it and test drove it...(now I believe I know why... as issues popped up when operating temperature was reached, which is just not possible with driving on E) -when I called with an issue 5 business days later they claimed no responsibility and encouraged me to get the warranty...which I pretty much had no option but to get it. Reflecting on this experience I would NOT refer them to anyone I value and quite the opposite I would want to sit outside of their dealer and warn potential customers of their hands off not my problem attitude. Their vehicles may meet state requirements for inspection but their mechanic does not look over them...they will try to sell anything that can pass inspection and without an engine light on. I feel preyed-upon throughout this entire process and will be seeing what options I have to rectify this situation. If I could I would just return the car to them and walk away....fast and far away, warning everyone in my path. tl;dr 0% satisfied. 100% dissatisfied. engine screwed less than 30 miles off lot.

If I could put less than star I would. I purchased a car from here that had some issue that needed to be fixed, fine. I was not given working keys, they disabled the alarm system which caused for it to be completed replaced within a 2 day time period of having the car. No one would return calls after that. My wife called and talked to the female office staff and she said she would get in touch with her supervisor and call back. She never did. Place is a sham and not worthy of being able to sell cars. My engine light was turned off so I was not even aware the check engine light was on until I brought it to a real dealership and they took plenty of pictures and had to show me what all was messed up. They even stated it was illegal to sell a car like this from a dealership, although, we are in NC and it was not easy to work with people that were over 5 hours away from us, which worked out great for them. I have put in more than what I paid for the car within in 4 months and it was all stuff that was greatly misrepresented. The Charlottesville area is huge, you would have better luck going anywhere but here. Not only did Sono Auto get me the car Ive been looking for, for over 6 months, but it was the smoothest transaction and experience I could have imagined. Jess was great! She took care of all my needs to include the title, registration, plates, and even processed the purchase of my current car! Do not hesitate to deal with Sono. I have bought two cars from Sono auto and just love the service over there. Ms. Jessica is the sweetest and most honest person I have ever met. She has sold me both of my vehicles and they are both still running and doing good. One time I had a battery issue with my car 9 months after purchase and Ms. Jessica even got the battery at their cost to save me some money. I recommend to buy your next vehicle from Sono and definelty ask for ms Jessica.

Sold me an absolute lemon. Got the BS warranty that only covers 3 months.AS SOON as my warranty ended,my POS car started falling apart.Im finally getting rid of it. I threw in the towel.The guy said if anything goes wrong even after the warranty to let him know.Dude wouldnt return my calls or my emails. The guy Jason and his dad are str8 up dishonest.
