I had been looking for a new living room set for about a year now, visiting several stores in WP and the surrounding 100mile area. I had actually been in to FFO a few times to check out their selections over a period of several weeks. Each time I went in I worked with Victoria Skaggs, who was not only was NOT a pushy sales person, which I greatly appreciated but very patient with me being such an indecisive shopper lol. I had a long list of what I was looking for and an even longer list of what I was not lol. She really listened, asking me about the day to day in my house to help me get into a set that was best suited for MY needs not just her check. I thought that was awesome! Ive had my set for 2mon now and we just love, love, love it, its perfect for us! If you go into FFO definitely ask for Victoria cause she sure will do right by ya. We just purchased a sofa & lift recliner, they are cordial and very accommodating. Second dealing with them & all extremely great. April 19,2016-- we called FFO & spoke with Mike Brown at 10:00. Told him we had a problem with a lift chair it stopped working. He said he would be out in the afternoon, came at 12:30, found the problem, took the bottom of the chair & it was returned at 6:00 PM all fixed like new. THANK YOU MIKE BROWN!! Would recommend FFO WEST PLAINS & THEIR STAFF TO ANYONE & WILL GO THERE FOR ALL FURNITURE NEEDS. AGAIN THANKS!!!! August 19, 2016 This is my third time dealing with FFO KUDOS TO MIKE BROWN. EXCELLENT MAN, WELL ALL ARE SUPERIOR THAT WORK THERE. THANKS MIKE FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE HELPED US WITH!!!!!

I couldnt have been treated any better by any other place. First off the sales rep Victoria, at the West Plains, MO store, gave me her undivided attention. I am disabled and she took care of everything, from the credit application, to explaining all the features and options about my purchase. Customer Service with Quality Merchandise at reasonable prices...if these things are important to you, then I suggest that you pay this location a visit, you will not be disappointed!!! Thank You Victoria and thank you Furniture Factory Outlet, you have become my furniture store. I have no need to go to any other place...they delivered above and beyond my expectations !!!!!

We were in the store on 2/6/16 shopping for a 3 piece sectional. Victoria was our primary point of contact. Very helpful and very patient in explaining the difference between the different setups. Took the time to take us through the store to find a couple of end-tables that we wanted as well. No rush, no pressure sales process; open to listening to what we wanted, and helped find that. We shopped around at various places in town - as far as sectionals are concerned, FFO seemed to have the best variety, and had what we were specifically looking for.

I had been looking for a table for the last few months. My sales person had sent me several options and I still hadnt found anything I really liked yet. Then yesterday she sent me a picture of a great deal they had on a table like I had been interested in and I hadnt spoke to her in a month about it. She called me and we took care of the transaction over the phone and she personally delivered it to my home last night. I could not be more happy with the service and I love my new table. This store was AWFUL! I bought a twin/full bunk bed there and when I got it home and I was assembling it many many pieces were missing. I had to go back to the store 3 different times. Then after a few months of having the stupid bed it broke! They didnt say sorry or offer a reimbursement. I also bought a couch there and they sprayed this "stain resistant" stuff on there for an extra $25. Sorry, that didnt work at all! There are lots of stains on it and I cant seem to get them off of there. I never recommend this place to anyone!

We went in to browse and try to figure out what we were wanting. Victoria was a huge help in helping us figure out what would best suit our needs!! She was upfront and honest about which material would be the most durable for our situation and was extremely helpful and informative of financing options that were available to us and we ended up leaving with the living room furniture we were looking for and the bed we had talked about upgrading to for years! We couldnt be happier!! We would recommend Victoria to anyone!!

Today 2/6/2016 we went to FFO to look at sectionals. We were immediately greeted by Mike Brown and were shown a wide selection. After looking around the store we selected the sectional that we wanted. We were in the store with our two little boys and Mike was completely patient and very helpful. In the end we purchased a sectional and the matching ottoman. We had a great experience in the store and would suggest it to anyone. We were looking for a new mattress set and decided to start at FFO. Had a very nice and friendly salesperson and he knew his background on mattresses. We purchased a set and as we were leaving the store we looked at a recliner that was close to front door (good place guys). Our friendly salesperson was right there telling us about the great features this recliner had. Needless to say he was a good salesperson! We came home with a mattress set AND a recliner. I do love the recliner.

We recently up-dated our mattress to a firm, pillow-top at FFO and have gotten the best nights sleep we have had in years. The staff at the West Plains store helped us find just the right mattress which works well with the motion base bed we purchased a couple of years ago. I would recommend this set-up for anyone who has experienced prolong back pain. You will find everyone at FFO pleasant and helpful when you are looking for the combination that is right for you.

We had a great experience at ffo. Sara Brewer was the associate we dealt with. The customer service is by far top notch. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, very willing to take the time with you and make sure you get exactly what you are looking for! Nothing but the best dealings with her.
