Ordered a full size Ashely furniture bed for my toddler a week and a half ago during their "Extreme Liquidation Sale". Everytime Ive gone in there, the service has been horrible, and it takes forever for someone to approach me, but I figure the price I was getting was so good, id deal with the crap service this time. Terry, the salesman, assured me that I would be recieveing a NEW mattress and boxspring, and a NEW bed frame, not the floor models. I specifically asked about the mattress being new because its for my toddler, and i dont want her sleeping on a floor model mattress. I was called to pick up my order, and told to call 30 minutes before we would arrive so they could pull it out of the warehouse. I called at 6:15, they close at 7pm, but i was told on the phone theyd be happy to pull everything out. When we got there at 6:45, they couldnt find all of my order in the warehouse, and they were rude about me being there so close to closing time. Also, on my pink carbon copy recipt that I was given at the time of order, nothing was stated about floor model mattress, but when i picked up, I saw the sales guy loading the FLOOR MODEL and when he looked at the copy of the recipt the store has, Terry had written FLOOR MODEL on it, but it was not on my copy and I was told that I was absolutely not recieving a floor model. bottom line: He lied to me. now, instead of having a manager call me tomorrow to sort out the mess, theyre having the original sales guy, Terry, call me. that doesnt make sense. and now, I have to wait ANOTHER Week atleast before the mattress is ordered. AWFUL SERVICE. I should have trusted my instinct the first time. most of the salespeople are sloppily dressed and extremly unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

1-star for salesman Mark, but 5-stars for manager Jim!!! My Mom and I went to look for a "big mans" recliner and we, unluckily, got salesman Mark. He was very eager to sell, but we had no idea after making the decision to buy a $1300 leather recliner that he would make us pay for it to be delivered. I mean, its a $1300 leather recliner!?! Recliner arrived and we picked it up and set it up at home. We had some difficulty putting the back in the recliner and recliners are NOT hard to put together. After a couple of months, the right side was "drifting back" and not even with the left side. My Mom called and talked to Mark and he was immediately defensive and accused us of doing something wrong. He said he would check with his service guys and call us back by Friday. Well, Friday came and no call. So that afternoon, my Mom called to talk to Mark and surprise!, he wasnt even working that day. Talk about a service disaster after picking up what Im sure was a NICE COMMISSION on recliner like we ordered. Luckily, my Mom talked to the manager Jim and from that moment on, we were taken care of wonderfully!! Jim turned a 1-star experience into a 3-star experience! We would shop there again, but steer clear of Mark!!

Bought a couch and a recliner from here very disappointed in how long it took to get the couch and chair almost 2 weeks but was promised it would be in on a Wednesday and it wasnt than all of a sudden it was in a on Thursday but couldnt get it on truck that day to deliver. We had to be very sturn with them to get it by friday and at one point he said well hopefully we get it to you the guys on the truck like to be out early on friday if not on friday than by Wednesday of next week. So got the couch and chair guys who delivered it didnt take it apart to bring it in like i was promised now there is paint scraches on my furniture and scratches on my wall. To top if off i am 100 percent sure I got the floor model of the chair when i was promised new! Tags were on the chair but not the couch, tags was worn out looking and you could tell on the top of the couch there was a tag with the price on it but they cut it off! oh and we went there 1 day later and the chair was not there the guy told me it broke. Never never never do business with them. When we went back in the couch was on sale the guy told me i beat him up on the price but 2 weeks later its in sale?

Terrible service from employee Mark, jerked us around for TWO weeks about our sectional being on back order and then in production. We told him to just refund our money and he snaped at us on the phone denying us a refund and yelling at us that we would be charged a specialty fee when it was Not a specialty item, he then proceeded to be even more rude and hung up on us after asking multiple times to speak to a manager. We finally got our refund after speaking w/the manager Jim who apologized for the incident & said he would take care of it.

I had a TERRIBLE experience! I went to RoomMakers to buy a couch and walked around forever before anyone approached me. The salesmans name was Mark and he was the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He was extremely pushy and actually insulted me to try to get me to buy. I was treated as if I was an unimportant part of their business. I could barely believe the horrible treatment that I received. I will NEVER shop there again and strongly caution anyone who would!

Very unorganized and unprofessional. Ordered a sectional and took over 1 month to arrive, and was not even the right sofa (due to the sales person ordering the wrong one). The only solution they provided was to wait another month for the correct couch to arrive. Go to Iowa Warehouse Furniture instead, they will beat any price and have much better customer service than roommakers.

Bought a mattress set here and LOVE IT. However.. I also just bought an Ashley sectional here and the salesman told me itd be 2 weeks at the MOST. Come to find out he was just trying to make a sale and itll be weeks longer before anything arrives. I now have no living room furniture and am SOOO disappointed! If you go here do NOT work with Marshall.. Hes just after that $$!

Our salesperson was great and patient while we looked at mattresses. We went with the floor model, a few marks but no big deal as itd be covered. The manager came over and gave us the same deal on a new one. Came in under the time quoted, helped us load it. Liked their selection of other furniture, too. Will definitely shop there again!

Went in looking for a mattress and the guy said if we didnt buy it right away the pricing would go up. We didnt like all the stuff he said so we left and didnt buy. We noticed a day later much less proving actually. Not a fan of the tactics.

I had bought a bed set through them, and there were some issues with the manufacturer getting what we had ordered in. While not directly their fault, they really went above reasonable expectations to make sure my wife and I were happy.
