This place is incredible, and Ive never seen more selection in one place. I was looking for refrigerator since our stoped working, and me and my wife were not looking forward for shopping for new one since it gets to be frustrating search store to store and it took us days in past to find what we like. This time we decided to stop by at the appliance barn on our way to Iowa City and we ended our search right there. We purchased new refrigerator and dishwasher ( didnt even need one but how can one resist such deals). Over the years Ive purchased lot of appliances but have never came across place that has it all, this place got it and I strongly recommend if you are looking for appliances. Good job guys and keep up good work.

I am 100% not happy with the Appliance Barn "service" I order a new garbage disposal they put it in after they left the rubber between the sink and drain was not there they swear up and down that it was they came back and put it in.I ran my dish washer and it did not drain I thought the pump went out so went to Slager to get a new one I Iove Slagers workers the Appliance Barn worker did not pop out the thing between the washer and the garbage disposal did not need a new washer and Slager is giving my money back . I am very great full to them for that.

I normally would not respond in this way, but I purchased an item from the store/seller on ebay and never received the item. Their access has now been restricted (for negative feedback) on ebay. They might treat their physical customers well, but my experience with them on ebay was very,very disappointing. I want a full refund and will proceed with ebay/paypal until that occurs.

Landon was super helpful and gave me the best customer service I have had in a LONG time. I am out of state and needed a stack kit for a Bosch 300 series. I know it was only a $35 part but he treated me like I was his only customer and he went waaaay out of his way for me! This is what customer service is about! If you ever visit the store go see Landon!
