Boy people are picky. This place isnt a mall. It isnt clean. It doesnt have clean bathrooms. Its in direct sun and the cars are set on rims. Its not for the weak at heart. This is a down and dirty parts yard. Prices are very fair but its your job to know what you need and what its priced. All prices are posted on a large board. Know the price before you pull, if they try to overcharge you show them the price posted. Be smart, this place is dangerous. If your book smart and not street smart just order your parts new. If you at least got the wisdom to at least lock your doors on the south side etc then fear not and carry a big wrench. I love this place. Lots of cheap parts and the largest selection of used parts in town. For 1 buck dont be lazy and go look in the yard, who knows you might enjoy yourself even without pulling a single part, especially if your a car guy. Its impossible for these guys to keep track of the inventory they have at the price points they offer. I gave it 4 stars because of the lack of decent restrooms and the workers are kinda rude but honestly they deal with cheap asses and uppity pansies all day. I cant blame them too much.

I read the reviews before calling, I should have known better but I took the risk. Horrible business. Made an appointment to have my car picked up a week before tow, verified the title is under my name (bought from Carmax and title signed over to me dated 6-28-07) the day they come to pick it up they say they cannot pick up because the title isnt stamped by Carmax proving its paid off. I am the owner of the car on the title and Carmax signed off it close to 10 years ago as previous owner. They say I have to have further proof that the car is paid in full. I dont know how you can even receive the title unless its paid for. Will never forget how awful an experience this is, quite possibly worst service I have experienced; they were very rude about not bringing this to my attention any sooner. Good luck getting anywhere with this company.

Less organized than the one on Appplewhite, but intake and checkout seem a little better and quicker. You dont have to pay an extra dollar for a wheel barrow here either as opposed to Applewhite location. Staff is pretty friendly, but fairly clueless. They dont have a shuttle running around for folks to get on and off of like Applewhite. Overall, I find this location to be not as good as Applewhite - they are smaller, less organized and maybe a bit more picked over. Look people - this is a junkyard, you can polish a turd a hundred different ways, its always going to be a turd. Expect to find yourself in a junkyard when you get here. Their inventory is posted on line vehicle wise, go from there.

They steal from their own customers that are parked outside the fence. My kids new clothes were stolen and I know it was the workers there. While I was getting parts for my car I noticed two workers walking around me and acting weird. Me and my boyfriend were the only customers there. After all was said and done, it added up as to why we were being watched as we shopped. As we were getting to our vehicle prior to realizing the stolen goods I noticed the workers huddled together and were looking our way. It was my fault for not locking my car door but I though since I parked right at the entrance where I could still see the office that nothing like that would happen. Lesson learned.

Yes cashiers are friendly but have no knowledge of anything other than ringing up an item, AND MAKE SURE U PARK BY FRONT DOOR my car was broken into parked not to from door when i went inside to see of Camera caught anything they said no, even told me it happens all the time(for real) and that was the manager telling me this couldnt believe it. Checked Camera from the outside its facing straight up hmmm kinda odd. Inside job???

as soon as i arrived through the door service was impeccable the staff was friendly and quick to ask if i have been there before then to my surprise asked what i was going to be looking for then to my astonishment printed out a map to show me exactly where what i was looking for was located and there it was right where they said real simple real easy definably will go back

I dont know why everyone is down voting this place. The staff is nice and they had a huge lot with a good selection. Prices seem fair. The online inventory is very helpful if you bounce it off the map they give you when you go in. If youre going to be there for awhile take water, big lot with no shade. I almost didnt go here because of the 1 star reviews but I am glad I did.

Never pick up the phone to answer questions and when you do go to the store there is no customer service and people are rude there as well as no directions to find what you need I spent over 1 HOUR walking around their massive lot while looking around to make sure I dont get bite from snakes or spiders and what not. They sit and talk among each other and ignore customers.

These morons are a joke! Just sit on hold FOREVER till you have to hang up. I need one simple part and will be driving all the way from the airport for it. At least have the decency to pick up and tell me if Im wasting my time, my money, gasoline!!! This place is ran by a bunch of no nothing num nuts. Woops

I live 2 hrs away from the location and they will not go in the yard to see if they have the part I need. I am looking for a transmission and they will not tell me if the car they have had the transmission in it or not they want me to drive to see if they even have it. Total Crap.

If youre looking for a great place to shop for car parts and amazing customer service... DONT come here. Just terribly rude people and they lied on my phone quote. Id rather spend the extra cash on new parts and get less attitude. P.s.. the other pick - pull sucks just as bad.

When you drive a 25-year-old Ranger, some parts, that Ford doesnt offer, can be hard to find. I solved my problem here by finding some plastic window track rollers. These guys had the parts and didnt rob me on the price. Ill be back. John MacCormack

This place is so hot and nasty manager or the female head lady said to drink out of the portable hand push sinks ,couldnt even offer water.service for refunding parts on their parts is nearly impossible due to the ink wearing off receipts so quickly.

This place rocks! I showed up late one time and had to get several parts with very little time. I payed a woker $20 and he removed the 2 Window regulators I need. Ive been driving from Beeville for years and will continue to go for future projects.
