Ive been to this location several times and each visit has been disappointing. This place is understaffed big-time! Sorry to say guys, but your customer service is awful too. When a customer is right in front of you ready to make a purchase and the phone rings; what should your priority be? Sadly, one employee decided that taking the phone call was more important. Come on guys! Use common sense! And also, It shouldnt take me more than a few minutes to zip in and buy batteries. I shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes for an employee to ask for assistance at the register, then another few minutes for them to take their sweet time on the phone. This is the real world guys! Hire some more employees, train them to have decent customer service, and you guys might still be open in a few years.

Horrible and rude! Actually made me cry. Ive never been treated so badly. I needed a battery and I was there an hour and half waiting. The guy didnt know how to use the machine to Check my battery. So rude! Not my fault he had to work today. Then he just leaves me and started taking other customers. I waited my turn. I told him something and he went off on me in front of other customers! Finally this elderly man came back from lunch and checked my battery, informed me that I needed a new one. Helped me. I was so happy to leave. I would not recommend this auto zone to anyone! Ill be back to talk to the manager after Christmas.

Tried getting a battery from this place once. Instead of offering helpful advice and politely telling me WHY he couldnt change out my battery, the older chap that I got instead blew me off for the first half of my time there then proceeded to tell me everything that was wrong with my engine bay, from the battery itself to the wiring scheme to my mods. Basically, the Auto Zone on Bandera was way more helpful. Stay away from this place.

I overheard the staff saying "why are you coming to AutoZone?" to people outside walking towards the door. Sounded like they didnt want to be there, judging by their loud video game playing on their phones. It was only one of the staff, though, the manager. The other employee was rather proactively helping people, walking with them outside to diagnose and whatnot. The store was clean, and almost everything was in its proper place.

Employees seem to know their stuff. A very helpful young man named Jason went above and beyond in helping me with testing and replacing my car battery and finding new wiper blades. He was professional and courteous and answered all my questions. I will return to this autozone for further shopping.

To hell with this place! 2xs I waited in line 30min just to buy some antifreeze and leave and NO one bothered to help.. Fat ass behind the counter could only talk about lunch while I stood there trying to buy from this place twice! Went to Orileys.. In n out 2 min.. Up yours!

Well dont accidentally leave your sunglasses behind! I left them close to the cash register and less than 15 minutes after leaving and realizing I forgot mine, I went back and they were gone. Sigh, they werent cheap either:(. Wont be going there anymore...

Good experience overall. Although I had to ask where the stuff I was looking for was, when I went back in and asked where the funnels were, they provided one for me to use for free. This was really cool! Prices and selection are fair.

Went in to get a new battery after the old one died within 2 years. They ran all the tests, came back and told me it was a bad battery, and fully replaced and installed it at no cost to me. Great customer service throughout!

These guys will read your"Check Engine" light free of charge and offer advice on how to fix it. Take your car here first, get their opinion on whats wrong and then elevate the problem to Firestone or wherever you like.

They refused to help me change my battery, even though Autozone advertises they do. They charged me sales Tax for a battery and when i returned it, they did not add in sales tax. Rip off! go to another Autozone
