The store is clean and well stocked though the checkout process is flawed. There are two lines, one for parts and one to check out though the parts line will often check people out. There can be a line of people at the register ready to pay and someone can walk right up to the parts line pay and walk out before the people in the register line can get their turn to pay. Other times you can walk through the parts line to pay and they will tell you they cant take payment there and make you stand in the cashier line.

I went to the store requesting assistance to replace a license plate light bulb to pass my inspection. Mohammed E. was very helpful assisting me in getting the bulb replaced even though it is something that went far above and beyond the call of duty. He was very patient, willing to look it up on YouTube, and successful in accomplishing my request. Wonderful customer service!

About a month ago, the store manager, John H., really went above and beyond what he needed to do to help me in a situation I had no idea what to do! He even volunteered to bring a part to Bandera on his way home if I needed him to. I really cant say how much I appreciated his help and kindness.
