NAPA was always the place you went when you needed experienced, knowledgeable staff-- "NAPA know how" is their advertising slogan. Thats NOT this place. I stopped in to find a relatively common, but not model-specific part for an application that doesnt show up in most books... any decent counter parts person would have known where to start the search (eg, mid-1980s GM passenger car)... Ive been to plenty of NAPAs over the years where something like this was no challenge at all. On my visit to this location, however, all I got were blank stares and dumb looks, and the repetitious drone of "I cant help." Good to know. Ill scratch NAPA from my list of places to go for knowledgeable staff.
