I have nothing but GREAT Things to say about the service that I received as a customer here each employee from the Security Guard to the Geek Squad Guy And the Samsung Reps as well By the way I neglected to mention the fact that I happened to be there for "SEVEN HOURS" ! Yep Seven £#$/@&¿ hours ! Thats how long it would take to transfer the information from my Virgin Mobil Galaxy 3 to my New Boost Mobil Galaxy 3 cell phone This would be my 4th and Final Galaxy 3 This one was still "under warranty" ! so there was no charge Or I could have paid $100.00 and got a Galaxy 6 brand new with the 1 year protection plan included So in regards to the staff at this particular Best Buy Thank You ! The customer service is usually existent so I 5 stars for that. When buying any store items like videogames, movies, etc. nothing changes. But here is where I have a problem; more "specialty" items like laptops and GPUs seem to be an issue. Seems like any time I need one of those items the first, or sometimes the second one as well, is broken. Physically by look not really but something internally goes wrong. For example on the laptop, the unit black screened on restart. Basically wasting my time forcing me to return and either exchange or get my money back. Let me tell you that if you use your card, expect about a week or more before the funds return...

Probably the worst Best Buy when it comes to customer service. And Ive been to many many Best Buys. I went to exchange something and was greeted in a non friendly way. Then I was sent to the floor to find the product I needed, where I asked for help from two people who called others in their walkie talkies, but no one came to help me. After standing like an idiot for a while, I decided to go back to customer service counter, where another representative tried to help me, but he acted as if I was bothering his otherwise calm day. He asked another person to find the product and an hour after I came into the store, I finally got it.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Minus some guy trying to talk me out of buying a chrome book telling me "you know its not a real computer right?" Thanks for insulting my intelligence, like Id ever make a tech purchase and not do full research about what it was I truly needed. Thanks but Im not some guy that knows nothing g about technology as to just drop 2 grand on a Macbook pro even though I wont use 90% of what its capable of. Yes I only want to spend $150 on a device to do basic cloud computing. If you are in customer service please do not assume anything about your clients.

Dear best buy employees, people go to best buy and spend a lot of money on a day to day basis. The least you could do in return is thank people with a smile. from the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt no one acknowledged that there were even customers in the store. I mean its hard to notice if there are customers if the employees are to busy talking to each other. Smile and be thankful each of you have a job. Customer service starts with a smile and a hello and ends with a thank you and a smile... Just a little tip for you.

I think the technician for stereo installation needs to have a class in customer service. First I had a hard time finding where to go for installation and then after I found it I knocked on the door as directed and rudely the man stated that he was on break. Since he pissed me off I didnt want him to work on my car. Call the store while I was still there and he apologized and stated he would take care of it. The next day I went to the one in Signal Hill and I had a great experience. So from now on thi as will be the one I go to.

ok,best buy WAS a really good electronic store,BUT lately the offer a lot of products tha they dont have available online or in stores! The salesmen a lot of times they give you wrong information or they not have idea what the product does,a buch of idiots work for best buy,,,may be thats the reason why the best buy stores its not any more the way they used to it, DEAR BEST BUY! CUSTOMERS PAY YOUR BILLS KEEP THAT IN MIND IF YOU DONT TREAT THEY WAY THEY DESERVE,THEY WILL GO TO OTHERS STORES LIKE FRYS! AND SPEND THEIR MONEY THERE!

I regret that I cannot rate this business less than one star. I bought a tv from them over a month ago, have been repeatedly lied to as to when it will be delivered. I took a day off work today so it can be delivered, and I just received a call saying they dont have it...again. Ill call everyone from corporate to Consumer Affairs and the BBB starting shortly. Its costing me a lot of money to stay home, and this is the third time. Will never shop at Best Buy again!

I was ready to purchase a TV. Spent 5-10mins in the TV area hoping to get some answers to a few questions I have. TV department was a ghost town, couldnt find anyone to assist me. This was late afternoon on a weekday and they were not busy. Sad thing is this was the second Best Buy in two days that I ran into this lack of service. I guess minimal staffing is standard procedure during the week at Best Buy even a couple of weeks before Christmas.

I had an appointment scheduled by one of Geek squads installers who works during the week for a Keyless Entry system installation that he said will take between 2-3 hours, but when I called to confirm 2 hours prior to my appointment, the installer said I see NO appointments under your name for today or any other day. I have never ever had any pleasant experience with any of Best Buy stores.

Absolute ripoff thieves. I brought my car in to have a stereo installed. After waiting two hours the tech calls and tells me its going to be more work than he originally quoted and that it would cost triple what they said it would be. Plus, they were going to have to keep the car over night. I still dont have my car back. Run, drive as fast as you can away from this Best Buy.

The store was beautiful and full of lots of nice things. Not a single employee approached me the entire time I walked the store looking lost. The store looks fabulous because apparently they dont actually have to waste any time speaking to customers that might want to spend money here. Id rather have a dirty store and good service. I was prepared to power shop, oh well.

Went to upgrade my phone, to the att next plan. I qualify for the plan but due to a technical error, their system would not allow upgrades at the time. Instead of upgrading over the phone they said to come back later because they cant get commission over the phone. Poor customer service. Wasted over an hour, left the store unhappy with no upgrade.
