I called to get a quote of 2 colored 8.5x11 and was told two bucks which seemed high, but whatever. They didnt think to tell me their printers were down since the morning until I actually got there. Which might have been useful to know before I drove to the store. I did ask what time they closed so it was obvious I was going that day. 2nd chance: I called and was on hold for ten minutes before I gave up. Forget them.

Deceptive advertising. Signs for $2 stack of paper. Only after rebate you have to wait 6 weeks for and is a pain to fill out online. Overpriced items too. Had major difficulty with ink cartridge recycling there. There was one helpful employee there, but overall most didnt express any concern for customers. I hope stores with such deceptive tactics go out of business. I will not be returning.

Checked online and called store to see f they had a product in stock, both sources said yes. When I got to the store the item wasnt in stock and they wouldnt price match the next best item for wasting my time and effort. Customer service was also terrible. Thanks for nothing.

They are always helpful but not always knowledgeable. They are starting to rely on the internet too much. They offered to order it on line but I went there specically to see the product, I can look at a picture on line at home.

The staff is WONDERFUL, unfortunately they are understaffed and overwhelmed, too many customers, not enough employees, most of the times Ive called them Ive been on hold for over 10 minutes each time
