This store needs some grown-ups working there. The employees all look like they just rolled out of bed. The first dude who helped me had ketchup in his facial hair. Am I really supposed to trust that dude to buy a $3k laptop? I made an appointment for the Genius Bar ten hours in advance, but I was kept waiting 35 minutes while employees seemed to be helping people entirely at random. One guy sat down and an employee asked him if he had an appointment. He said, "No." The employee said, "Thats cool - I can help you." I said, very politely, "Hey, I do have an appointment and Ive been waiting 35 minutes." And the employee said, "Excuse me sir, youll have to wait your turn." Didnt that kid go to preschool? It was my turn! I finally cornered someone to help me - literally - I had to chase them into a corner. It was a very simple glitch on a stupid iPad mini (my daughter requires one for school - dont get me started) that required about 3 minutes to fix. Instead, I was there for 1 hour 21 minutes because the person I cornered had never seen an iPad mini before. Now Im not so sure they actually worked there. Maybe it was just a random lunatic in a blue shirt with a roach clip earring. The store is in obvious need of real management, a real supervisor who tells these 13-yr-old employees what to do and how to do it. And if youre going to set up a reservation system for the Genius Bar, then why on earth isnt there a system to actually utilize it? I went to my first Apple Store - I dunno - eight years ago? Nine years go? I remember it being a very positive experience. Imn head of a household with 4 Mac laptops, 2 iPhones, 4 iPods, an iPod touch, and 2 iPads, and Im at the Genius Bar all too frequently. I dread the experience. I miss the days when Apple had 11% market share and no stores. They were much nicer to deal with. Now Id rather go to the DMV. (FYI - I am typing this on my Acer Chromebook, which is hands down the best computer I have ever owned. It costs $199, and it makes the iPad look like a childs toy, and it has faster download speeds than an Airbook (and basically the same keyboard and screensize). Granted, the external speakers are horrible, but who uses the external speakers on a mini laptop?

This is how my review of my appointment I Of this Apple Store. Heres my experience of few hours ago around 1:55 pm July 11,2017. I spoke to the associate first but since Im not satisfied I wanna talked the manager and the manager came in his name is Ryan . Is about my current issues with my iPhone plus how is freezing and over heating and he told me that the diagnostic did not show any problem. And theres nothing he could do to exchange the phone. While he is telling all of this he is so loud and everybody is staring at me and I felt very embarrassed the more he is talking to me with the very loud voice the more I became embarrassed. In fact I almost started to cry. He is telling me that the heating up problem is just on my own head but I know its not a normal occurrence on this iPhone. Ryan is talking down to me and was very demeaning in his speech. He told me I can factory reset but i already done this. And they told me to go to my carrier . Its sad for this to happened to a very calm person like me its traumatic experience to me. I hope this one not happen again to anyone else.

Nicest staff around! I lost my phone and they helped me write a note remotely on my screen for the person who found it. I thought it was stolen so I purchased another phone from them only to have my phone given back to me after 15 hours. I think it was given back only because it was impossible to open without my fingerprint and passcode. Finally, I was able to return the new phone and reset my old phone back to normal and avoid the two year AT&T contract renewal. They were professional and kind. Everyone who helped me was patient and wonderful even though they did not make a profit off of my incident. Thank you for being so wonderful and when my contract is up next year Ill be coming back loyally to you for a new iPhone Apple Staff!!!!! Jeanne

People here do not know what they are doing! Well at least what I have seen here. I brought my mac to get it looked at because my screen was not working, was completely black. I brought it in and the apple "genius" didnt even know how to turn my computer on. She didnt have an easy fix and they took it to the backroom to get it looked at. They said it would cost $600 because the backlighting was completely broken and needed to install a new one. I felt like they were really incompitent and didnt repair it. However, two days later the computer magicly fixed itself after plugging it into a tv with HDMI several times. If I trusted her, I would have wasted $600. This might be the last time I try apple customer support!

This Apple Store in the Glendale Galleria is very big and beautiful. I love everything in this store as I completely cherish Apple and support their products. I have purchased my blue iPod touch 6th generation from this store on August 2, 2015 and the experience was very exciting and quick. I felt very happy and I am using that iPod to write this review. I have visited this store various times to check out the new products and the wide array of prior iterations found in the products such as the iPhone 6s and the iPad Pro 9.7. I would highly recommend this location for fast service and everything that youd expect from an Apple Store being the iPhones and iPads along with the iPods.

Customer service is not a lost art! Tony, Peter and Patrick are amazing! I am an Apple customer for life because of them! They truly stand behind their amazing products. I had some hardware problems with my Macbook Pro and Tony handled me as if I was a member of the family. Peter explained the entire process and made me feel extremely comfortable that my computer was in the best hands possible. When I walk into that store to buy something I walk away feeling like I just shopped at a small town local store. Thats a great feeling.

THE BEST APPLE STORE IN GLENDALE! Seriously, the staff is amazing ! They will help you and treat you so nicely when you are in hurry EVEN when they have a fully booked schedule ! I went to the one in americana, but honestly, they do NOT have a good customer service! I was so disappointed, I felt like theyre all passing it on to each other. The APPLE in GLENDALE GALLERIA is the BEST one! EXCELLENT Customer Service ! Whenever I had an emergency issues, they were able to help me asap! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE !

When I went to the store, the employee, Elizabeth the technician, went above and beyond to satisfy my needs. It was obvious that she was a very caring person and provided excellent customer service. If only all customer service employees were as caring and helpful as her. I am extremely satisfied with the team, including the manager, Kim - who is also a great person with a great personality. Sean and Bobby were helpful as well. Thank you so much Glendale Apple Store! :)
