This is a "heads up" for anyone considering making an online purchase from this store. I was going to buy an IPad and after checking to see if the item was in stock I purchased it online and arranged to pick it up in the store an hour. I subsequently received a call from a Staples representative to inform me that the item was not in stock but it could be ordered. I chose to cancel the order and purchased the item elsewhere. Although I was not charged for the item, because the transaction was initiated, a hold was put on the funds and 5 days later I am still waiting for Staples to reverse the transaction and release the funds. I did call Staples customer service and was informed that it typically takes 5 to 7 days. Whats most frustrating about this experience is that I verified that the item was in stock prior to making the purchase..as least that is what I was led to believe.

The staff are very nice and very friendly. If you have a complicated print / copy job I would not recommend this store. They are pretty busy and were not able to handle my print job in a timely manner. The job was to print about 6 documents 2 times, hole punch them and put them in two 3 ring binders. It took 2 days, about 8 hours, 1 phone call, 3 store visits and then they said they would finish by 7 tonight, but I didnt realize they closed at 7.... I hope when I go tomorrow they have completed the job. I wish they had let me know they were too busy to complete the job. Again they were very sweet and nice, but the job took much longer than I expected leaving me unprepared for an upcoming work meeting.

We often get hundreds/thousands of copies made at their print center. Every so often a page we need doesnt get printed due to a printer malfunction. However, every time this has happened their staff has always fixed the issue with no push back.
