In the month of July 2009 I came in for assistance for my computer needs, while walking in I noticed a LARGE hispanic girl about 21 years old talking to her friends about her personal life. Couldnt get help from her so I found what i was looking for and needed to pay for the item so standing behind the employee friends, she decided to ring me up with out a hello or any verbal contact. So i left the store. On Aug 2, 2009 at 2pm, i came back to the store to return the wrong item, again, the employee had another friend with her but this time i didnt have to wait, i told her that i needed to return the item, so after getting my info she told me that she would have to give me $10 in change, i said thats ridiculous I have no use to have this many quarters, I told her that i see dollar bills, she then said the store is about to close and that she didnt want to have too many quarters to count, she then replied with well come back tomorrow. I was very upset so i took the refund and called Coporate office for a investigation. She didnt have a name bagde on her. Shes about 54", light skin, obessed, and she doesnt greet the customers. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE, PEOPLE STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience the manager at sprint is not helpful at all and very rude bought a phone and I cant accept calls and I brought it the day after and he chose not to do nothing about it
