This review is the print center. Im an event planner and due to some rather substantial setbacks, my bride had no printed programs the morning of her wedding. I rushed into this particular Staples at 10am the morning of the wedding with a flash drive hoping for a miracle. The print center associate wasnt schedule to come in until noon that day, so Luerendia (I dont know if shes the manager or not) called the associate, who came into work EARLY for me, tweaked my file to perfect it, and got me 200+ beautifully printed and cut programs before 1pm. Both Luerendia and the print center associate went above and beyond what I expected and stayed in contact with me throughout the day. I was thrilled with the level of service I received from these two woman; they gave me my miracle and helped give my bride a beautiful day.

So, I have called twice...so far. First I was hung up on without ever speaking to anyone. Now I am hearing music and intermittent apologies for the delay and that my call will be answered momentarily. Not sure that is going to happen. The last time I was in the store 3 different people told me that they would be back to help me. Do you get the picture? THEE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Haaa Haaa! I am going to hang up the phone now and try to get my ink cartridge confirmed elsewhere so that I can go pick it up. I HAD TO PUT ONE STAR OR THEY DO NOT POST LOL

I have been going to this Staples for a long time, 8 years plus, and today as always, I dropped off recycling cartridges. As I was dropping off, a lady behind another counter "Yelled out; where are they" I pointed to the cart I had just brought in in front of her, and asked if I look like a criminal?" Time to look for another staples, Integrity is my watch word. I served my country 24 years, I know she hadnt!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This place has terrible service in general. Last straw was being put on hold 2 times for a total of more than 5 minutes for a simple question: do you have fax services. I hung up because thats too long to wait for that question, and now Ill be doing all my office business at the Office Depot up on Colorado. Ive actually been in this Staples a number of times and had similar experiences; this is not an isolated event.

I havent had the terrible service other reviews seem to have a had here. On the other hand Ive also neither had excellent service either. Its an average location. Nothing exceptional about it. Given the location, right near the end of the 110 freeway, traffic can be an issue if you go there during rush hour. The entrance is to the side of the Bevmo, by the street rather than facing the parking lot.

The service at this location is horrible. I was their for 15 minutes before I had to ask for help, and was told to wait for help that never came. He was perfectly fine calling another worker to help him find an item for a customer he was with, but didnt seem to think that he could have called someone to help me. I will be returning to usual location on Colorado BLVD.

Hello?!?! Hello?!?!? Does anyone want to work at this place??!?!? The employees seem to run away when you walk in the store and duck and dodge out of sight in fear of having to help customers. Very annoying! Ashamed I have to get CO2 from here....looking for other places. Hate it when target runs out!!!! Ugh

They have tech problems. I have an account with them and they could look up past purchases to honor warranties. I had to go home and try to find my old receipts. They said I should keep my paper receipt. "What about wireless technology?" I guess I am going to have to call the warranty company directly.
