My father is on a limited income, and is handicapped, he ordered a surround sound blue-ray player from them, the have yet to hook it up properly and give him all the speakers that goes with the device, the first two weeks he had no remote control to go with it, and here it is close to the end of the month where he cant use the thing to listen to the basketball games he enjoys without the whole system being fully operational. Yet Rent a center will want him to PAY his FULL BILL come JULY......smh...This is sad. He has been a customer with them for a while he just paid off one of the items he rents from them...

Moving from NC to CA was hard at first, as Ieft all my furniture, practically every household item I owned. My experience with RAC Willow St. was a good one. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had no problems getting my delivery times accomodated along with my orders processed. When they couldnt find the item I originally wanted, they were helpful with showing me other options. I would have to say, I am very satisfied with every item I now own. The option to pay off within in 3 months without interest was wonderful.

Limited selection. However, really friendly staff. Average prices - really purchase the thing youre buying in 90 days. Otherwise its a bad deal.
