My experience was awesome here. Im not crazy about radio shack because of how behind they are, but I had an awesome conversation with one employee here and that made all the difference. He was pushing a Samsung Galaxy S7 when he saw me looking at it. I told him I might want to switch my service and plan only to see what type of sales pitch he had for sprint (I know to much about tech). When he asked me all the right questions he finally said "honestly, I think you have the best plan anyone would be able to find." (Unlmtd talk, text, and LTE data and 14gb mobile hotspot on 4 phones for $150 - T-mobile). He eventually won because I bought a Galaxy S7 and a VR headset all because of how he handled me as a customer. I cant say the same for the other guy who just say in the background on his phone. I really wish radio shack want so cheap. They would do really well right now.

great customer service...everyone ready to help you...will recommend to my friends and family...any questions they have an answer...has good stock on items...get your cell phones there,crew will help you from beginning to end of sale... ps...went back the next day recommending one on of my family members and to my shock...I ask him if he had a HTC One and you think I had just insulteded on of his family members...loud voice...terrible customer service...he and his youg assistent yelling at othr customers....1st and last time I will vist this store again....I really feel sorry for anyone who needs anything,walking in to this store just to get yelled at.... you guys get a big fat 0. :( + :( +:(= one bad and ugly experiance..................................

Big enough to not feel overwhelmed with the hundreds of items on the wall, speciality shops like RadioShack are a dying breed, bleeding out at this very moment, but while their heart is still beating, this RadioShack is solid. Plenty of individual components for any hobbies, R/C tinkerer and home theater enthusiast.

They can return my money back because they dont have $130 in the register .i was been in that store 2 times and trying to return a radio scanner with original receipt. One time was at 12 noon and next time was7:50 p.m.they said we cant do that becouse no money in the register

yup...MetroPCS nextdoor has much better cell phones, cheaper plans, and great customer service next to this RadioShack in Glendale at corner of Broadway & Chevy Chase. Got myself a MetroPCS cell phone and only pay $30 bucks a month for unlimited talk & text.

If you are looking for good service, then go to another Radio Shack. This place is the worst and the employees seem like they really do not care about what customer service is. I definately will not go back to this Radio Shack.

Poor service. First clerk refused to return an obviously faulty product, making me return the next day to see the manager. Product eventually returned.
