Spin Wheel is a joke. One day I actually land on a free accessory and the congratulations screen came up but before I could print it, the screen went away. Needless to say I never got my free accessory. Also every time you plan the spin wheel it blinks and slows down right before it gets to Sorry Try Again. As far as their furniture prices. That puzzle me because I can go to Chantilly and they have a class B furniture set that is listed way lower than Capitol Heights. Also, after buying a piece of furniture from the Capitol Heights location, I was very displeased. The two bottom drawers on the chest were broken. Bring that I was 8 months pregnant, I couldnt get that back to the store in time to meet the cut off for rents. I plan to give them one more chance, soley because Ms. Victory is trying every effort to correct the situation. I still have not gone back because I am still concern with the price difference at the Capitol Heights location.

customer service is in need of a revamp...I understand furniture is reused but the company is advertising long lasting furniture and some type of warranty then they should sell like they are providing good product and half azz crappy...cort, u are failing in consumer retail and customer service...

Terrible service, after they get your money thats it. They sell furniture thats beat up and the expect you to do the work. The only nice people in the store are the movers.... Do not go there go to the one in VA the service is much better.
