My experience today at Office Depot was quite confusing. My granddaughter and I visited the Washington Blvd store and looked all over the school department for the 1cent sale items. Nothing was where you would think it would be. The young lady at the register neglected to advise us that there were limits and continued to ring items up with no regard for my money or time it took us to locate the sake items. I expressed to her that I was not feeling very well and she show no compasion. To no surprise once I got to my car there were items that were full price. Once I got myself together I returned the items and got a full refund. As I waited for my turn at the register I notice two people that decided not to purchase anything because nothing was marked to show actual price. 1cent. Office Depot let get it together

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, especially as I was quickly trying to pull together the right supplies for an interview the next day. I would happily return back to them again and their rewards program is nothing to look down on either: 10% off your purchase with additional rewards. I wouldnt have really thought of Office Depot as my go to location for office supplies but this experience has changed my opinion dramatically.

I use the Landsowne store often. The service is excellent and most of the time with a smile. The employees greet you and make every effort to make sure that your needs or met. They also do a great job in knowing their products. The printing department is awesome.

High prices for much of the products offered, but I usually come here for any prints I need. For this they have decent prices and excellent customer service. The staff that works at that station seems to really care to get the satisfaction of the customer.

I was in the store trying to find an vga extension cord for my computer. I wish I wouldve gotten his name, he ask if I needed help to find something even dough my words was brain lock. He help me find what I came in the store for. Thanks so much.

They have a fair variety of supplies, but I could not find everything I was looking for. The employees are kind and courteous but are obviously not really into their line of work. The store is clean and well organized.

Ancient relic of a store. Only about time before the entire chain goes under to people buying things online. It takes them an entire day to print one piece of paper. The staff is either over smart or way too dumb.

The print shop completed the job I had requested on time, but theres a real lack of hustle or urgency to get ANYTHING done in this store. Any trip to "just run in real quick" will take a minimum of 10-15 minutes.

It was horrible the manager followed me and my husband around the store like we were thieves. Than waited in the parking lot to see if we made a purchase which we did. But never again i felt so discussed.
