They will lie to you in your face AND steal your money! I ordered a laptop and service plan at the end of July to be picked up in store. When I went to pick it up in store that day, they also had paper on sale for a penny. So I want to get some paper as well. However, you have to spend at least $5 in order to get the paper for a penny. I just spend hundreds of dollar on a laptop. Asked about it, but they couldnt give me the paper for a penny. So I wanted to "return" my laptop and repurchase it with the paper. The manager said that they dont handle returns of online purchases and that I would have to do that online. That didnt make complete sense, but ok. I went home to do that, but the website said that pickup in store purchases are return at the store... I was lied to. So I called the store back to inquire about whether the manager lied on Office Depots website lied. Whoever I spoke, I believe was the manager, pretty much said that it is a lot of work to do it in store and it is easier to do it online... I went back to the store the very next day. At this point, I did this on principal and to prove a point. It was a least mostly a different staff. I had no problems with my return. Almost a month later, today, I wake and couldnt remember if I had paid my bills so I logged into my bank account to check. I did pay them, but noticed something REALLY ODD. Apparently, last week, someone at Office Depot MANUALLY ENTERED IN MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AND REPURCHASED THE LAPTOP AND SERVICE PLAN. No one stole my credit card to made an identical purchase with it and had Office Depot manually enter in the information instead of swiping. If fact, the day I "returned" the laptop in July, was the last time I had been there. Its not like the duplicate charge is for a pack of paper or a pen or something like that. This is an almost $1000 purchase. Needless to say, Im disputing the charge and as soon as they open, I will be there! UPDATE: I cancelled the dispute. It turns out that for whatever reason, they apparently cancelled the charge on the 30th, thus having never charged me for the laptop or service plan, that Ive had for almost a month, until last week.

Staff is not well trained, manager (joe) couldnt care less and it shows. The store is dirty and disorganized, and completely mismanaged.
