This is a newer Office Depot, so its much smaller than your typical Office Depot. Honestly, I dont see whats missing, maybe a little less furniture, or less selection on sticky note types. But youll still be fine selection wise. It had all the officer supplies you could ever want. Unfortunately, the staffing is inadequate, sometimes there is no one to be seen, sometimes no one at the register. So, if you want a speedy trip, this is not the place for you. But, since the Glen Burnie Staples closed, your only other option for office supply store is the Office Depot in Pasadena or going to the Staples at Arundel Mills. In the end its a large office supply store, exactly what you were expecting.

This register was open and I was in line. The cashier decided to show something to the customer in front of me and walked away (which I am okay with). On his way back he end up going behind the customer service department to check out another customer who was not in line while knowing that I was waiting for him to return. He knew I was there when he left and should of told the other person to get in line. This cash register was left unattended 20 mins. Bad and slow service.

I went and the cashier Lexy had no clue how to do her job. I was printing stuff for my class and she told me it was my job to count them. when I asked for the manager even though wonderful Lexy was wearing a walkie talkie she told me he was in the back of the store and I could walk there. first off we learn to count in second grade and they have a machine that counts it for you

Very very pleasant staff. Used to drop off a large number packages daily for mailing USPS. Had to stop after one was lost and USPS nor Office Depot had a clue what happened to it. Store is well organized and reasonably clean. Prices lately have been really good likely to compete with the Best Buy nearby. Would be 5 stars had it not been for the lost package.
