They printed my work in black and white instead of color even though i specified color. They would not give me a refund and the staff seem to be in disagreement about the prices on engineering colored prints versus black and white prints. I got an engineered colored prints done for $11 one time and now they want to charge over 70 bucks for it. The manager could not explain why there was a difference in pricing from one time to the other so I was very upset.

The retail store is very large, and offers wide selections of office supplies at reasonable prices. The sales associates are friendly and willing to help you out. Do not forget to sign up for Staples Rewards (it is free). When in doubt, check its website, first. Because you will find better selections on certain items, such as staplers and Ink jet cartridges.

Typical Staples - good selection and location, checkout lines are only long during lunch on weekdays. Has a mail and print center as well, but have never used that.

Its okay. Prices are high. Clearance is only about 10% cheaper. Staff are friendly here and its usually quiet in here, anytime of the day.
