Place is untimately sloppy and not pleasant to look at on the inside. Too many boxes, aisles are very small, and prices are very high. Wound up spending $25 for stuff that I could buy for less than $20 altogether at Staples. Lines are very slow, even if theres only one person in front of you. Not many check-out lines either. Wrong prices are displayed. Just go to Staples.

I hate the rude customer service of the people in the printing department.... Ill be the only person in line..waiting to be help.....the assistant manager and the lady with the afro will be there and act like I dont exist. They wait on you when they feel like it. They will look at you wait and wont even say nothing to you. HOW RUDE!!!

This is the worst office depot Ive ever been to. The manager was inept and rude when it came to assisting me with copying and printing things. On top of that, once I figured it out, it came out to 5X the posted price, which I was expecting. When I questioned this the response was "its your problem now" I will never shop here again.

There is always a line for the cashier or the services they provide. I spend thousands here for my business/office. All their products are junk. I only come here because it is close to my house. I will try to avoid it as much as I can from now on.

Person in copy center took other people ahead of me. Kept shining me on. Kept saying one moment and never came back to help i left. Not a good experience.
