My review is based on store policy, customer service and thier bicycle department. I removed 2 stars because I had a bike fall about within 2 weeks, my purchase could not be found on my customer account, which means I also didnt get my FM points. I was told the bikes flat tire bent the rim and my son was too ruff. I tried to explain the tire was flat because it had been setting unusable for a month and that mountain bikes are designed for off rode. After being treated like a common criminal for 30 minutes I convinced them to let me pay MORE $ for another bike and was told I was banned from returns for a year. The more exspensive upgrade lasted less than 6m. I took it to a bike shop for repair and was told that they get people like me every day and FredMeyer bikes are garbage and mine was not worth the repairs, It needed a new back tire, brake, pedal and chain adjustment. so Im out 189.00 dollars. This was my sons birthday present. I would think for a almost 200$ bike it would last longer than 3 months. My sons cousin got the same model for Christmas and it too was scrap metal after less than 6 months of very light use. In the past I had purchased my kids bikes at Walmart and did not have this problem. Poor kid rides my 12yr old Schwinn.

Well, the people that work the deli are straight up rude! It seems having social conversations with eachother is more important than serving customers. Inconsistant in carrying items/products. TRAFFIC JAM. They need separate doors for entering and exiting. Just trying to get in or out you always manager to run at least 2 people over, or being hit yourself with the tiny space. Ive seen cart boy hit a car hard with a cart and didnt care. Ive seen birds inside of the store, and Ive found items with birdshit on them. The produce is never stocked, while the fruit(almost always apples) are bruised or wrotton. A new grocer should come to town and give Fred Meyers a run for its money. I only shop here because its the only place in town.

After Ashlands friendly stores moving up here was a bit of a shock. The staff have been rude time and time again. They stand around in the isles and never move for you even when you say excuse me. Several times when Ive needed assistance in finding something they are rude and give smart a** comments. If this wasnt the only option in scappoose other than grocery outlet I would go somewhere else in a heartbeat. There are a few nice employees, but most apparently need a raise or something to lift their moral.

The store aisles had palletts piled high with boxes of products to unload onto shelves making it difficult to navigate grocery carts. Trying to keep out of the way of other customers, shoppers needed to grab items and dash so others can get through. I bought several wrong items because there was no time to notice labels that read low fat or medium eggs rather than large eggs. Employees were not unloading the palletts with any urgency. So aisles were blocked and shoppers were in each others way.

All the bells and whistles of a huge remodeled Fred Meyers with the extra departments not found in the Freddies market stores. Plenty of parking, Gas station is cheaper here than in Portland and the people are nice. The produce section is amazing and the apparel has a lot of good clearance items in stock. Only thing missing here in my opinion is a salad bar, if they had that then it would be perfect! Expect a busy store but after peak hours its a mellow shopping experience.

Let me start off with saying Ive grown up in the northwest and frequented many Fred Meyer and this is my favorite. Its also the closest store to me. A wonderful beer/cider selection from many of our northwest breweries. The customer service and cleanliness of the store is on par. Managers are willing to price match with major online dealers. The only ding and its a small one overall, their recycling response to clogged machines can be long sometimes.

I hate spending money but when I do love it, its at Fred Meyer. This location particularly. They have a great team (in all departments) and the store is very clean. Good choice selections on food. Their produce offers local conventional and organic produce which is always FRESH. I am a produce snob and I credit this store for having a clean selection. I love their rewards program in all forms. Rebates, discounts on gas etc.

Hit or miss if they have staples on the shelf any given day.. milk, coffee, half & half, dry goods (rice or beans) even coke or Pepsi on superbowl weekend. Produce also not fresh, usually overripe or wilted. Bruised bananas, kale is yellowing, avocados too soft. Pineapple have slashes across the rinds making them rot within a couple of days. :(

Best place retail and grocery store in Columbia County. Reasonable prices, friendly and helpful staff, fresh produce with great selection. Dont feel like I am sending all my money over to China while shopping there and bring down the local community. No games with food "club" discounts. Love the fast self checkout.

Pretty clean and open Fred Meyer. Not the best selection compared to larger stores in the metro area, but still much better than anything else around. Its not usually very crowded either and they have several self checkout lines, so you can get in and out out quickly most the time.

the deli dept needs help . they cant measure the weight of meats. not a little over but way to much. I ordered honey ham I get smoked. not just once or one person. they all cant get anything right. give them a learning class on weight s and products.

Its good in the way that freddys is always good. In a classic sense. You always know what freddys has. Like a beacon of familiarity in this world of wal marts and bi marts. I admit its not the most impressive freddys, but thats just fine with me.

Not as fancy as the Fred Meyers in Hillsboro but the staff are friendly and their Click List service is excellent. There is also an electric car charger in the parking lot in addition to the gas station.

Always great cashiers and theyve got everything we need at fair prices including a very nice specialty section full of allergy and health conscious selections and wide variety of gluten free options.

I want to hate this place more but its the best place in town for most things. Overpriced (even for a Freddies) and mediocre Im always a bit depressed that I dont have a better option.

People are great, fresh meat and lots of Carheart clothes. Not great selection of ethnic food or gourmet ingredients. Veggies hit and miss. Always a line for the deli.

I purchase food here senior. Yummy yummy food items. Every day of the month to break a curse a warewolf cast upon me. After calling his sister a distasteful tartlet.

A good place to get your groceries, lots of parking, fresh produce, everything you may need, you can find in Fred Meyer. Been here several things times already.
