I went to this store one year ago and received arguably the best service any provider had ever given me, they were nice, understanding, and help me and my wife out in any and every way possible. However. This year it was time to upgrade. I went in with my wife and was a approached by the only female in the store. She was polite, asking how far along my wife is, asking generally probing and friendly questions. I emphasized that we both want the Note 4 and she stated she would get it all together and walked with me through the store. It started with the AGGRESSIVE upsells. She first pointed out how cool a tablet would be. I politely informed her that I was not interested. She continued to press how "Helpfull it would be with a baby on the way" Once again no. She continued to push, we may have a plan better for you if you add another line...perhaps a tablet. Once again no. Then she moves to Bluetooth and inquires if we have bluetooth in our car. Curently we dont drive and I own a bluetooth that I dont even use assuming that would be the end of it. She continued to push stating that "with a baby on the way it would be very ideal to have your hands free, exspecially when you drive" once again, no I dont need them, I dont want them. Finally she goes about the otterbox cases. I had a simple response. My friend works in the military and has access to these items and is able to get them for me. She goes on to imply that im a lier and that she is in the reserves and they dont do that and continues to push for me to get a case. after 4 or 5 attempts, I emphasize that I am not going to purchase one. She states she is going to get all the phones together. I walk over to my brother in law that with me and start talking, Meanwhile the sales representative did what angered me the most...she went behind my back and talked to my wife saying "Your husband doesnt seem interested in getting a case or bluetook, how do you feel about that" She, being the beautiful smart wife that she is, simply replies I need to talk to my husband and if we need it we will likely come in, in another week. Its just about closing time after spending an hour saying no to upsells The rep goes to the desk and all the sudden....shockingly, there are no note 4s in stock now and states they get a shipment in latter in the week. I inquire well could she pre-order since I and my wife work and cant just come in and ask if they have one in stock. she seemed hesitant but said she would. 8 pm rolls around and now it closing time. She turns to me and says im sorry but it wont let me pre-order it for you, just come in later next week. This really ticked me off and it felt like she would not sell me the phone since I would not upsell. The next day, A saturday when they do not get deliveries, I called and wouldnt you know it. They had Note 4s in stock. So, long story short, the Rep was pushy, rude, underhanded in going behind my back to speak with my wife, and a lier.

An associate told us he didnt know why we were on the "Framily" plan because theres another plan that would save us a lot of money. He said it wouldnt change our current plan except that it would give us unlimited data. He also said we would get a free tablet thrown in because I was leasing a new phone. My husband and I were skeptical that it was actually free. We asked about monthly charges, if data charges would apply and that he was sure it was completely free of charges. He assured us we wouldnt pay anything for it, it was just a promotion with the phone. A week later we checked our bill and we were being charged a monthly fee, an activation fee, a data fee, and another fee I dont remember at the moment. We were frustrated and returned with the brand new tablet. We explained to the customer service manager that the associate had lied about all of the questions we had asked and had sold us a tablet we didnt need and it isnt even a very good tablet. The customer service manager insisted we werent deceived, that we misconstrued what the associate had said (of course he wasnt there for us to confront him). She said that it was good news since we came in within the two week time period so we were able to return the tablet. She followed with that we needed to pay a restocking fee of $75 and an activation fee of $36 to return the tablet. So over $100 in fees to give back a "free" tablet within the two week time period. I insisted that we should not have to pay anything for a tablet we were completely lied to about being free and that we even asked all the right questions and that the associate had assured us we wouldnt pay for anything, so we didnt just "misconstrue" what the associate had said. She said she would go in the back and call her manager. She came back out and said we could go back to our old plan and pay the $5 more we were paying for that plan (so when the associate told us that wed be paying $25+ a month less on this new plan that was also a straight up lie). We needed to give back the tablet that apparently came as a bundle with the new plan. You would think the associate would say something about this instead of " we are just throwing in a free tablet as a promotion for buying your new phone. She also went on to say we still needed to pay the $36 activation fee and the $75 restocking fee regardless. The customer service manager also inferred that my husband and I are lying and said "It was a he said, she said" at this point and that they cant do anything about the situation, but that the associate "will be talked to". That sounds promising. So in short we were duped, called liars, Sprint refuses to take any responsibility for the "mix up"and we still have to pay for Sprints screw up. DONT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE!!! They have some liars, pushy salesmen, and rude customer service. The Sprint help line is at least trying to work with us to get this fixed.

Got a bunch of incompetent baboons running this place. Waited at the counter for 20 mins to be helped. Apparently it take 2+ employees per customer. I had gone in to get my phone replaced. They pissed away my time and did their tests on the computer to determine it was in fact broken, like I am a liar. After they determined it was broken and there was nothing they could do they sent me away with no advice. I comeback later that day to purchase a new phone. He told me "Our store is not setup for that" Completely flabbergasted in his response I decided to cancel my phone service right there and how much it would be he replied that is something he cannot do and he cannot look it up. I told him I will just cancel my service then I dont care how much it is. He then replied he cannot do that either. The level of incompetence of these degenerates is pitiful. Never have I encountered a level of such stupid, piss poor communication, and customer service. There is absolute no real function of this store location. As there is absolutely nothing they can do. Every answer is to call customer service out sourced in the Philippines. Truly, a piss poor operation going on here from the entry level inept salesman to the incompetent manager I truly despise sprint with a passion because of the unskilled useless tools that work here.
