I cannot say enough good things about Indian Motorcycle Savannah. The Indian brand is a solid, enduring product in and of itself, but the staff at this particular dealership truly go above and beyond. In ten years of riding both sport and cruiser bikes of all brands, my experience with this particular store has by far been the best. I traded in my Harley for a brand new Indian, and the experience was actually an enjoyable one. Not only did they make the process of buying a new bike painless, but they consistently treat me like family when I come in for routine maintenance. All of the staff has always humored me when I bring in my fellow riders to try to convert them over to the Indian experience; unlike many dealerships, they are just as friendly towards visitors who have no intention of making a purchase as they are towards paying customers. Unlike certain other establishments, never have I been talked down to, disregarded, or treated as less than equal because I am a female rider. They really are enthusiastic about bikes and riding in general, and arent afraid to take a moment to share that enthusiasm with you. They have also supported multiple local charity organizations and events, and are active members in the local communities. They really have just gone above and beyond what you would normally expect of a dealership. I always highly encourage any rider, no matter what discipline or what brand you ride, to stop in. From the moment you walk in the door, you realize this is a top-notch place. The building itself is always spotless, well laid out, and accommodating; the staff are friendly, courteous, and professional, not to mention skilled and knowledgeable. If youre curious about Indian or looking to add two more wheels, Indian or otherwise, to your garage, you need to at least stop in. You wont regret it.

I recently purchased a Roadmaster from Indian Motorcycles of Savannah, after many window shopping’s, at several dealerships in the southeast. WOW… This is the dealership! Honest, friendly, and open to special requests. I did not feel hounded, rushed, or manipulated at any time through the process. They treated me like a friend! Every department offered their card with cell phone number and email. I did a lot of the final deal via email, quick responses, even after hours, was the norm. I could not be in better hands than Nick, my salesperson. He not only treated me with respect, but never had a negative word to say about any competitor manufacturers, I was considering during my upgrade. I cannot say that about ANY other dealerships that I visited. TWO THUMBS UP!!! My wife and I are from Bluffton SC, she really felt at home with all the staff. Everyone answered our thousand questions with a smile and the truth. There is so much value added after the sale, after we were rained out during the final sale. They delivered my bike to my house the very next day. We are definitely going back often to purchase accessories and apparel. They set the bar pretty high for all dealers. I never write reviews but this one is truly different.

I purchased my 2015 Roadmaster last year before Indian Savannah was open, but when I met Bob Millsap, Kathy Callahan-Armstrong, Nick, Zach, Chris and Jr, I felt like I was among friends. I had some warranty work performed on my bike there and was very pleased with the quality of service, as well as how quickly my bike was in and out of the service department. My wife and I have purchased a few apparel items from Indian Savannah and have been very pleased with our purchases. I highly recommend Indian Savannah for a new Indian purchase, or for service of any brand motorcycle.

I purchased my bike from another dealer. I did have my son buy a used bike here and it went great. He got an awesome deal on a Victory Cross Country. I have had nothing but good dealings with the owner Bob, JR and Zack in Parts. and Chris in Service is Awesome. I have had some questionable service at other dealers with repairs done on my bike but Chris is knowledgeable and wants to help you enjoy your bike. I recommend this dealership and service dept. to everyone I know.

Im from NY and stopped by here out of curiosity while on a short vacation. Beautiful new building with a roomy, almost museum-like showroom. Bob, one of the owners, knew I was just a visitor and not ready to buy anything. Still, he was so passionate and professional that he gave me ample time and knowledge to learn about several models. Let me sit on each one too. If I ever move near Savannah Ill be trading my Harley for an Indian!

I own a 2003 Indian Roadmaster Chief (Cheyenne) which I had fully serviced for this years riding season. I love this place! When I visit in I feel like I am with family. The service done on my bike made her feel like new. Make sure you visit, please make sure you asked to get introduced to all that work there. Great People, hard at work, to make sure you are Happy with the service they are providing.

This place is a joke and wont be in business here long. The only sales guy there nick is not much smarter than a 5th grader. Obviously no retail bike experience on the sales side. Hopefully there service dept can keep them alive. Tip one know and believe in what your selling. Good luck to yall hope the lease isnt for 5 years on the location. My advise Use google search to find a real Indian dealership.

The Staff Is Awesome. The facility and service has always been outstanding. The way they opened and treated us with the utmost courtesy and then led the way in organizing a Indian riders group was above and beyond expectations. Bob and the staff are great.
