This is the best dealership that I have ever done business with. I travel all over and have been in many locations , most are good but this one treats you like one of the family . I bought my bike from another location but travel an hour and a half to have my bike taken care of here . My next purchase will be here . Very honest and driven to take care of you. Had a problem with my bike , the store that I purchased it from said theres no problem with it , I knew that was wrong and called natchez trace and bob had my bike bike picked up next day and diagnosed in 2 days with a major problem , all covered under warranty .. Bob and Natchez Trace have gone out of there way to help me and solve the problem , I didnt even buy this bike there , but they will get the next one and all of my future business . This place is great and has the best interest of their customers. I called from an hour away and spoke to Trey on the phone about trading in my Suzuki for a Harley. I vaguely described what I was looking for and he immediately picked up on my personality and pick out a perfect bike for me. Sure enough, I make the drive, and the bike was well worth it. Larry and Jeff stayed beyond office hours to ensure that we got the best trade in value and the best deal. Now I have my dream bike. They entertained us during the wait with their spunky attitudes and it was a quite enjoyable time. Not only did I get the perfect bike, but I also had fun doing it! I definitely recommend the Natchez Trace location, even if it means you are driving out of the way. Well worth it.

Could be the worst HD dealership experience during our current 2100 mile trip! We asked the female, service manager, if they could check air in our tires. This has been the custom/courtesy at many dealers that we have stopped at. NOT HERE! Instead she pointed the air hose out to me, and insisted I check it myself! I would have gladly paid, but was rather angry at her lack of care and enthusiasm.... The whole dealership, girls on the floor acted like they were all on break the whole time we were there. No other customers were in the building at this time. This was a waste of our time. Needless to say, we will never waste our time here again. Looks like the locals are all these folks give a dang about! Good thing we didnt need any real maintenance done!

Great people always with a smile. I stopped by one day on my way to Memphis in May and had a questions about the Boom stereo system. Courtney Fieldman, the Service Mgr., volunteered to update the software for the stereo system as well as address a recent recall on the hydraulic clutch system. 45 minutes later I was out the door. It also impressed me that he never asked if I had purchased my bike at Natchez Trace H.D. or not. After asking if this was a problem or not, her replied absolutely not. Most dealerships I have dealt with try to avoid things like this on bikes that were purchased elsewhere. And theres always a couple of "Clearance" racks of clothes and misc. riding gear. I never see anything on clearance at my local H.D.

I was there just this weekend 5/4/14. The staff was SUPER friendly and very helpful. The store was very clean and well organized. Things were where you would expect them to be. A very well stocked store as far as bikes,accessories and clothing. I picked up a new pair of riding boots on my way out.. I will definitely be back again the next time I ride "The Trace"... Five Stars hands down...

These folks are great...I have two Harley Dealerships closer to me then them but I would rather go to Natchez HD. I bought my bike there and a friend bought two there. They were able to sell me a bike and process all the paperwork in two hours. The other dealers took all day and still wanted too much money.

Finally! A real dealership in Tuscumbia. This place has been recently taken over by the owners of two other dealerships that I have been to - and I got to say they know the Harley business. They are friendly, courteous, and know how to run a tight ship. Good job and good luck in Northern Alabama!

I am on a 5 week road trip across the country on a 2014 FLHTK. Stopped in unannounced for an oil change on a Sat morning. Melissa and Fawn checked us in at the service area and the job was done in 2.5 hours while we had breakfast down the street. Friendly, quick service.

All the staff, from clothing sales to service people were super friendly and helpful. All Harley stores are very expensive with everything they do-this one is no exception-but I found them to be a tad less expensive with service and again, all the staff is great.
