Needed to match color for Hardie Plank siding. Guy behind counter never heard of it. I had brought sample board and pint of touch up paint. He asked if the finish on the board was flat, satin, etc. Im only a homeowner. I came to him because he sells paint every day. He complained he couldnt tell because the board was dirty (just brought it from the construction site). He was too lazy to get a paper towel or rag. He couldnt advise anything, other than once its mixed, I cannot return it. My impression, besides the guy just being rude, was he had no interest in servicing a customer. Small wonder the store was empty. I get better advice, more friendly service from Home Depot. I try to use my local merchants (Mendham Lumber is awesome), but Im never going back to Breslows.

Totally professional experience! My wife and I were looking for a retractable motorized awning for our deck. The owner (Dana) made the entire process from design style, working within our budget, timing, installation, follow-up completely seamless. From Dana, to the installer, to the electrician, I greatly appreciated all the follow-up. Want them to text you or call you...they will. High quality products, and services. I did shop around, but was not given the individual attention or even alternatives on products or budget to work with. Thank you Breslow!

I moved to Chester a few months ago and had a good deal of painting to do. After experiencing poor quality products and service at the big box stores it was great to deal with the people at Breslow - they not only had great paint (Benjamin Moore is the best Ibe used), they also knew a lot about what they were selling. Now Breslow is my first stop.

Take notes when costumers giving orders so u dont make mistake ! Went back there after 1 year the. Person that works there is very rude and the prices are extremely expensive $60 BIN primer all other stores is $39 ! I am sure i will never go back there again!!

New staff since I was last there. Males are very unprofessional to the point of rude not only to me but also to a female coworker. Still like the Benjamin Moore products and store marketing design but I have to go to Morristown paint store for future purchases.

Usually decent. Onlynpaint store in town and I stood outside for 20 minutes as they were late opening. Not good for small business trying to work
