I ordered a rear pirelli Diablo Rosso ii, I had my wife pick it up for me. When I got home from work it was a pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa. To make a long story short the owner said to me (so Its completely my fault)? I asked if we could exchange for the tire I wanted and Id pay for a front tire as well. HIS reply was he doesnt want to have that tire he ordered wrong in his stock and said I would have to pay a 25 dollar exchange fee. So when or if you do ordered tires from there be specific and tell him four or five times what you ordered. I made sure to check three times which tire I wanted him to order. Youd think that he would want to keep a person happy and exchange from his mistake but he also said he doesnt make money off of selling tires.

Went in for some fork oil (needed small amount of some oddball stuff for a mountainbike fork rebuild). He tossed me a 1/2 bottle & said take it. Wow! You dont see that kind of customer service very often anymore. Wish I actually needed some motorcycle stuff but seemed like a stand-up shop. Very impressed. Thanks again!
