I want to start by stating I am a younger male and I understand that many "customers" my age (20) probably just look instead of purchasing but not a single salesman would help me! I had to hunt down a man named Chad to help me. He was curteous and helpful but when I came back to pick up my bike the rest of the staff (except Chad/mike) were incredibly rude and not helpful at all. I spent maybe 15 minutes strapping down my new motorcycle (because no one would help me but thats fine maybe a liability issue) but when I asked if I was cleared to leave or if I had to sign saying I picked up the bike I was told: "your fine just leave so my guys can go back to work." I just spent a large sum of money with you all and your going to treat me like Garbage?... This place had possibly the least friendly/helpful staff working there that I have ever met. Im frankly insulted and I recommend you stay farrrrrrr away from this poor excuse for a business! Take your business elsewheren

I was in the market for a polaris slingshot these guys told me that they are selling them at list price or $1000 over list price they were extremely rude terrible customer service so i bought my slingshot from a dealer in laffeyette indiana for a great price! Now i take it to maxims for service and i truly have to find another service department cause after giving these guys a second chance they failed me again i took my slingshot in for service they asked if i was leaving it i said yes thinking i would hear something from them in a day or two nobody called me or even had the common decency to let me know that i was on a week and a half waiting list before they could even look at it! Bad place of business all the way around!

So I had a write up from a dealer in Ohio for a 12 ZX10R NEW with extended warranty (no delivery tho) for 11,7XX.XX......i brought this to them to see how theyd compete. they wouldnt even play ball and the snide salesman figuratively put on his sunglasses (picture david caruso). real a$$holes and bad attitudes detected. that ohio dealer however ended up getting ninja 1000s and NOT zx10rs, so i found one (2013 WITH ABS!!) in Wisconsin from a BMW/Triumph dealer for $10,050 out the door used with 594 miles LOL. dont buy here, be patient and shop around. these guys arent eager to sell. and remember, theyre sitting on inventory, youre sitting on cash.

Called Bob in parts department on a part (speed sensor ) for my sea doo and he confirmed what I had read online. Discontinued! He says hold on and he comes back and says I can get you one, the part # has changed. He went the extra distance and I had him order it. I go into shop to remove old one and it was most likely a poor connection at plug. Will know for sure when sea trial but works fine on compressed air. Called him back and asked if it was to late to cancel order and if not I would still take it. He said no problem and thanked me for calling back and said if I need it just let him know!

Got brakes now and new tires. Service was very pleasant. Got home, rear tire flat. Didnt even get it out of my truck. Could have told me it wasnt holding air, but excuses were made my machine was "buried in the warehouse" and its gonna take a minute to find it". Hello! They filled it with air, loaded me up, and sent me on my way. :-). Disappointing. Could have at least been honest. Live and learn.

Stopped in to look at a few bikes they had advertised online. Walked around the store twice. Didnt get a hello, any questions, or can I help you. There were a couple of salespeople with customers but there were some without. Apparently if you go there with your 8yr old daughter. Your business isnt welcomed. Wont go back!

Mickey helped me out with a good deal on a seat. Mailed it to me since I live a few hours away and received it within a couple days. Unfortunately it wasnt quite what I was looking for but he allowed me to return it with no issues. Smooth and easy transaction. Thanks for the great customer service!

order lugs for for my sons quad on a monday said they would be in by weds or thurs called on weds they were not in called on friday was told that the new guy forgot to order them had to miss a race now they are finally in and i still have to call them to see if they were. not happy at all

Always get the run around here. Its my local shop so I continue to go. Maybe its just because I have sales experience, but at least play the game a little better than that. High cost of service, I take my Indian elsewhere, (Monee).

We were trying to get financed for a new bike, awesome price! Came back later n were told we didnt get financed, they tried 1 company. Went to one if their competitors and walked out the door with one. Their loss!

3 hours to see a financial manger, walked out on them. The tall guy in the back still had an attitude. This place is a Joke. Much happier at Monnee Victory. This is not a plug, Max has BOBO clowns working there.

Horrible service department! I gave them 2 opportunities to resolve an issue with my bike. $3K+ later the bike still wouldnt run. They made no attempt to satisfy or fix my problem after they got my money!
