Though I was only there to test drive the Fiat 500X with no intention to go home with one, I found myself getting persuaded by Erin M. to finally take that next step into getting myself a replacement for my almost 14 year old Mercedes Benz C230. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and really worked hard in getting me the deal I wanted. It has been a long time since I last engaged in car negotiations and I was just grateful to have ended up with someone like Erin who was very patient with me and in meeting my demands. Thank you very much, Erin. I have never heard of this dealership before yesterday so Im very surprised to hear about some of the negative reviews that other customers had to say, and Im truly sorry to hear that. My Black Friday experience was nothing but pleasant so I hope to the high heavens that this relationship I have just started with Fiat Auto Gallery in Van Nuys will continue to be a good, if not, wonderful, experience throughout my new adventure with my Fiat 500 Crossover. And should I ever have any problems with it, and I really pray there would not be any, I sincerely hope they live up to the promise of good and honorable service. My car is brand-new and Ive only driven it only once. The car I test drove wasnt the one I ended up leasing so I didnt have a chance to notice the problem. Upon the first drive to work, I heard a crunching sound whenever the rear drivers side suspension was compressed, say going over a speedbump at 20 or going over a small bump of the freeway. That day of my first drive to work was raining and cold. The dealer attempted a fix by removing the suspension, applying lubrication, and re-installing the parts. The noise is less pronounced after their initial attempt, but its definitely still there. Unfortunately, the techs at the service department now claim that the issue is fixed and are not willing to concede that the suspension components may be defective and in need of replacement. They said the problem was sand inside of the suspension which is not covered by warranty. I do not know the origin of this debris as I had only driven the car for any length once in the rain. This also means they did not want to pay for a rental car. I love the 500e and do believe that the employees of this dealer are trying to help, but the inability to provide a fix for a defective new car is the cause of my low rating.

I purchased my 2013 Fiat Pop yesterday and have to say my experience at this dealership was GREAT! Steve was an AWESOME sales guys. He was not pushy and had a fun personality. Niko, the manager, was also AWESOME. He was ready to make a deal with me and there was no BS back and forth. Donna in financing was very pleasant to deal with and the paperwork was fast and easy. Michael was also friendly and welcoming. I did a lot of research about what I wanted before I even went on the lot to deal with a sales guy. I also put a big down payment and have excellent credit. I knew what car I wanted and what price I was willing to pay. And yes, while we would all like to think we can get some magic pie in the sky deal, lets face it, its probably not realistic. After comparing car prices on-line at various dealerships, checking Edmunds, I had a figure in my head that was my max.I got exactly what I wanted, at the price I wanted, and at the interest rate I wanted. Ive been to other dealerships where the sales people are pushy and not will not budge on the car price. This place was AWESOME!!! THANK YOU FIAT OF VAN NUYS!

My name is Gabrielle, I recently bought a car from this location and my experience was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I was so nervous going to a dealership because of the horror stories I had heard from my family and friends, but Francisco Lopez made the entire process fun and relaxing! Francisco at Fiat Van Nuys worked with me to make sure I got the best deal possible and he made sure that I was leaving with the exact car I wanted. I even got custom leather seats for no extra charge, that was amazing!!!! I am so happy with my purchase, Francisco and his manager gave me the best car and the best experience. Francisco has the best follow through of anyone I have had to work with, he kept in constant contact asking if I had any questions about my car and if I was overall enjoying my new whip....He even called to wish my a happy birthday!!!!! Now my boyfriend wants to buy his car from Francisco at Fiat Van Nuys because they are not like any other dealership out there. Thank you for being so honest and for truly caring about your customers. Please never change Fiat of Van Nuys youre awesome =)

Great Fiat dealer location with a good selection of new and used Fiat vehicles. Non Fiat selection of cars was somewhat small, however. What was a turn down for me was the salesmanship. My wife and I came in with a budget set in mind and a selection of cars we were interested in taking for a test drive.. However, we were told that a Fiat 500x could be fit into our budget if we were interested, which we were and liked the car. We came back from the test drive, and after much waiting and the salesman going back and forth talking with the manager, we were shown a price that was not even close to our budget, which we made clear to the salesman before agreeing to test drive the Fiat 500x. It was a very disappointing experiencewas being told that they could get us the car to fit within our budget and being presented with the list price for the car. First class customer service..... I cant say I agree.....

Went to lease a Fiat 500E at the advertised rate of $199 per month. Told all of the sales people and finance people that the advertised price was what I wanted. They insisted that I get a "extra protection plan" since the car was leased, so that when I returned the car in three years, "EVERYTHING" would be covered. Dents, tires, windshields, etc. Five months later, a rock flies up on the windshield and cracks it. I call the warranty people, and they say they dont cover if the windshield cracks. I call the dealership looking to speak to the finance person that convinced me to get this worthless extended warranty, and hes not there anymore. I was told by the new finance person that shed get back to me by the end of the day. Two weeks and many phone calls later, Ive yet to hear back from anyone at Van Nuys Fiat. Anyone who works in the car dealership industry is a born liar.

My name is Kevin James and I bought a 2013 Pop on Monday at Van Nuys Fiat. My contact was Michael. I live in San Diego yet I spent time to take a train to Burbank, buy and drive back. There is a reason I went to the trouble to do this. #1 Great price. #2 lack of pressure and friendless and knowledge of Michael Passage. Each dealer in San Diego warned me that the price would be much more when I went to Van Nuys. That didnt happen. Lets focus on the positive. Everyone at Van Nuys was cordial and professional. Michael was the epitome of excellence. Niko was great. Joel Melson was fantastic and so were the finance representatives, Donna and Chris. I have bought many new cars and this experience was the best. I think it would be a good idea for other Fiat Dealers go and observe how things are being done in Van Nuys.
