I am located two hours away from Pasadena, but I was looking for a specific car at a specific price and Tatosian had it. I am so glad that I stumbled upon this dealership. I called and talked with Bob. He was just the right amount of knowledgeable, friendly, & respectful on the phone. He even walked out to the car and did a play-by-play inspection of the car, while I was on the phone with him asking questions along the way. After after this exchange (& reading all of the positive reviews online), we decided to get in the car the next day and drive the two hours to check out the car. When we pulled up, we noticed two things... 1) the lot is fairly humble/discreet on a road with lots of other dealerships and 2) all of the cars on the lot looked very clean and in good shape. Despite all of the good reviews here online, I was still prepared for hidden fees, difficult negotiations, and all of those things that weve come to expect when stepping foot on a car dealers lot. I was dead wrong. To make a long story short, I experienced incredible customer service from an honest and knowledgeable person. There was never a moment when Bob wanted me to feel uncomfortable in any way. It almost felt like he was a buying agent for me, rather than a salesperson on the other side of the transaction. There were several examples during the buying process when Bob went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. On top of this A+ service, the price was very fair. For these reasons, I highly recommend Tatosian Auto Sales!

Its pretty ingrained in American culture to distrust a used car dealer. I had found a truck I was very interested in buying based on the model, year, and milage online and prepared to face the dragon I believed lay in wait between me and my new ride. I couldnt have been more unprepared for the absolutly pleasant buying experience I had with Randy and Bob. I was offered a great deal on financing. My trade is was taken in at a great value. I was offered to drive the car home a day earlier then I had planned. I was able to add on items to the service due bill after I had taken ownership of the car for a weekend and had been able to drive it and use it enough to see what the car was really like. Bob made ever effort to see that I had an absolutely positive car buying experience. This is a true treasure of the San Gabriel valley.

I bought a used high end car from Bob in December 2011. This guy looked out for me even when it had the possibility of costing him $$$. They allowed me to take the car to my mechanic who found a few things that needed attention. They allowed my mechanic to do some of the work in the sake of time and really gave me an A+ experience. People always share complaints online, so I thought it only fitting to sing their praise. Im now in the market for a car for my wife and these guys will get the 1st shot at my business.

Just bought a car from them a few days ago and it was a great buying experience. Bob was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding. He put in a lot of effort in making sure I got the car that I wanted, and even took it back to the Audi dealer to make sure everything was working fine before selling the car to me. I was a bit nervous and had doubts about buying from a used car dealer but everything was done professionally, and with great care with these guys.

My mom and I didnt know how we were going to find a good used car for me. Tatosian Auto had been recommended to us by a major auto dealer. Bob and Randy were very knowledgable and helpful. I purchased a car from this establishment back in Feb 2010 and still after 2 months havent recieved my registration. They keep promising me that they will call me and let me know what is going on and they never do. They just show off that they are in business for 21 years and and they dont know what customer service is after 21 years.

This is an outstanding place to buy a car. I am a new driver and got a great deal on the perfect car for me. Bob and Michael were absolutely great. They let us take it to our mechanic and did not let us leave until they made sure the car we bought was in excellent condition.
