Upon first impression, this appears to be a clean, well organized and maintained shop with friendly knowledgeable staff. Ive never been tattooed or pierced here but I have gone to shop their jewelry collection. The first time I purchased jewelry here, I was handed a tiny nose bone (which I had just purchased) without being in a bag or container. When I asked if they would change it out (as most shops will do when you purchase jewelry) I was told no because then they would have to charge me to change out the jewelry. The staffer seemed really uninterest in changing it, so at that point I didnt want to even inquire what that charge would be. I purchased a small gold filled nose bone for $10. Being sufficiently happy, I returned few months later to purchase a hoop for my nose and hoop for my septum ring. As this would be the first time I would be wearing a hoop in my nose, I wanted to purchase from a shop instead of online. I wanted to ensure the fit would be proper. Upon my second visit, I was met by polite and courteous staff that showed me what they had available. I explained I wanted a thin gold hoop that would hug my nostril and NOT give me the "Joan Osborne what if God was one of us" look (I actually said those words to the staff). Quickly it became obvious I wasnt going to find a septum ring as all they had was septum shields and multi colored horseshoes rings. The staffer that was showing me the jewelry didnt seem confident in what she had advised me so she asked a gentleman that appears to be the owner/manager for help- Once again I explained I wanted a snug fit and came to a shop to ensure a fit proper opposed to guessing and ordering a ring offline. He then took the ring held it next to my face said yeah that should work fine. Being smart this time, I brought something to put the ring in. Due to my previous jewelry purchasing expierience I knew better than to ask to have it changed out. I paid $15 for a annealed gold rose filled nose ring. This ring is HORRIBLE. Its easy to open and move but the finish is terrible- because the hoop is so thin its hard to notice until you try to put it in but the edge/end was so sharp and had a piece of burr from being poorly finished that it cut and made my nose bleed- OK not the end of the world, I didnt die BUT to add insult to literal injury the fit was EXACTLY WHAT I EXPLAINED THAT I DIDNT WANT. Theres a significant distance between the ring and my nostril about 1/8 of an inch or more. Its so unflattering. I see no point in returning to this shop. Im not going to be one of those jerks and try to return used jewelry but Im surely not going to be purchasing any more jewelry from them again. LAZY COSTUMER SERVICE.

Ive known Omar for more than five years. My first piece from him was a lion on my left rib-cage and ever since I received that tattoo, I told him hed be my tattoo artist for life. I met Omar through my cousin who went to school with him. Before I met Omar I had previous tattoos but NOTHING compares to the work I receive from him. Ive built a great friendship with Omar throughout the years and I see him as family. Deep down Id have to say that Omar is the best tattoo artist in Miami! I would go head-to-head with ANYBODY who thinks their work is better than mine. Since Ive known Omar, Ive done my whole front torso and am in the process of completing both my sleeves. If you want great work and a passionate artist who does your work, Omar FAME Gonzalez is the tattoo artist for you. I guarantee you if you get a tattoo done by Omar you will leave more than satisfied. Not only does he have a great studio, but he gives great suggestions, is very creative and gives great customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have a great tattoo. Hes an amazing artist who will make your tattoo experience unforgettable.

I recently came here to get a small tattoo with a quote. Ive had people rave about this place and I decided to give it a try. When I first arrived, the manager of the store, Jose, greeted us. I told him about my idea and he offered to sketch the tattoo out for me. He was very helpful and patient, unlike other places that have tattoo artists that are pretty dry. After telling him what I wanted, the estimated price was very reasonable, considering that tattoos are expensive. Since I visited other tattoo shops to have different options, I opted to coming back to Fame Tattoos since I felt the most comfortable with them. Their store is the cleanest Ive seen. It is very modern and inviting. After getting my tattoo from them, I was more than happy. My artist, Osnely, was very funny, which helped distract me from the pain of the tattoo. The tattoo came out perfect, nice and clean. Overall, the experience at Fame Tattoos was beyond superb. I will recommend this place to everyone and will be coming back for sure in the future for more tattoos! Great price for good quality ink.

This tattoo shop has it all; great customer service, talented artist, and additional services not found at other shops, such as tattoo removal. The moment you walk in, your acknowledge. Ive gone for my fifth session already and I will not go to any other tattoo shop. These people can do it all. I always get tattooed by Omar and he has done excellent work. He really #1 when it comes to cover ups and he has all the trophies in the shop to prove it. My new tattoos also look amazing. Omar has an eye for detail. He has great ideas and can put your ideas together that for sure you will like. Omar is friendly and easy to talk to. I promise you that you will not be disappointed when you get tattooed by Omar or any of the other gentlemen. The shop is self is looks amazing. Even if you dont want to get tattooed, you have to come in and see this shop for your self.

After a 9 long year gap of getting some new ink and lots of searching for the right artist, Fame Tattoo is where I ended up and Im so glad I made the decision. I came all the way from Aventura to cover a tummy tuck and a vertical keloid scar. Everybody from Omar to Carlos (who I chose as my artist) to Jose who was very patient with me in changing my design before my appointment. Im really thankful to them and how they really made me feel comfortable and at home. After a 4 hour session with Caros Torre and his awesome design, Im amazed at how the tattoo looks on the scar, its barely visible. To all of you ladies that are being told you gotta wait 5 years for them to touch a scar, Im telling you come to these guys...they know what theyre doing. Thanks Fame tattoos!!
