seriously do not understand these crazy negative reviews and honestly feel there people from other shops that are just jealous because Ive never read anything so opposite. I went to Inkaholik after a VERY horrible experience at Salvation on South Beach. I had a drink or two before going in to calm my nerves, before I got pierced I passed out and bumped my head and woke up twenty minutes later, piercer no where to be seen, my friends freaking out and everyone working there making jokes, laughing and even taking pictures. THERE SO RUDE. So I went to Inkaholik and I got my first piercing besides ears, two dermals on my collar bones and let me tell you, absolutely amazing!! Koala, the awesome amazing guy who pierced me was so patient, so informative, understanding, aware that I was nervous or just because thats the way he is he was everything Id expect to be a perfect piercer. Think everything blogs and guidelines sites tell you to look for before getting a peircing. The cleanliness of the piercing section was amazing as well as the whole "Church". And there is privacy and no one walked in while getting pierced which I liked a lot. Another thing I liked, Im a clean freak especially with these things, Koala had gloves on and had to do something really quick for me before piercing my cousin, he threw them off and put on new ones. Theres some people who do not do that but should!! He then told me anything no matter what even Jewlery if it falls or touches something it shouldnt he tosses it. He answered all my questions, ones I forgot to ask, took his time and explained everything before, during and after. It was a 1, 2, 3 type of deal. He explained how to take care of and also told me I can call any time for any questions. My cousin seen how awesome of a job he did she got one as well and it is amazing too. The place overall was amazing, EXTREMELY clean, fun looking and just a place you have to see for yourself. Everyone working there was very nice and helpful and informative. This is why I dont get the negative reviews!! They even offered a phone charge because mine was dead and chatted with us while we waited for it to charge and call our ride and got some amazing free T-Shirts. Today is the third day after I got my dermals and so far so good. So excited to show them off soon as the bandaids come off!! Im also excited to go back and get my first tattoo there and as soon as I get use to these dermals Im going to add more, I live in Boston and would definitely go through lengths to get it done there. Thanks Guys for a great experience and highlight of my trip!!

went in to get something done with Bolo, I asked for something specific as "please do not make it dark, make it like a see-through mist effect background and do not use green because I hate it". He listened to nothing I had to say, he did what he wanted even though he reassured me it would not be a dark tattoo. He even told me how he would use a certain technique to make it transparent. I paid for it and my wrist for $600. I hated my back tattoo so much, I still hate it. They told me they would fix it and not to worry, now they changed their minds and are completely dishonest and told me that I never paid when they know very well that I did indeed pay. I mean, how could I have gotten tattooed if not because I made an appointment that took me 4 months before I was seen? They are very dishonest. I was very polite, never raised my voice or was disrespectful to any of them and they treated me so badly I even cried. I would never go to them or recommend anyone to them. I am heartbroken and betrayed. They should go to jail for being such thieves. They did not even finish the wrist tattoo that was included in our contract. They told me they dont want to deal with people like me. People like me? You mean an unsatisfied client that paid for a service she never got? Because you lied to her and did an awful job? Its really a shame. I wish I could undue time, I would save that money and go elsewhere.

I went to Inkaholik for a very simple tattoo a few weeks ago. At first everyone was very nice and accommodating. I was then given a tattoo artist that didnt speak any English. I dont speak Spanish. I dont even live in the US and came to the US for the summer and decided to get the tattoo so I could communicate with the artist. i then thought, okay, it is simple, they will help translate. The guy who did the tattoo was very professional and nice. He did a good job. When it was over, no one told me anything, there was no talk of after care. I left. My fault too, I should of asked. I went back exactly a week later with an infected bit. They told me what to do and come back when it heals, they will fix it and give me the after care cream. I spoke with James at the Chapel store. Went back today, got it fixed and when I asked for the after care cream for free, I was told no. James was also very defensive, saying that I should of spoken up about after care. I have 8 tattoos over the last 20 years. I felt that Inkaholik was the most unprofessional tattoo artists I have come across and very poor, immature customer service. I will not revisit and will not recommend it to my friends in Miami.

Found this establishment on IG under "mrcolombia" while deployed. I researched the work of the artist and the quality of the establishment. I called while deployed and received all the required information from James who works at the "Chapel". I was extremely satisfied with the knowledge he provided as well as the upfront honesty. I scheduled my work and had not one, but two half sleeves done by Frank. As some of the negative but ridiculous reviews say, there are a few artist that dont speak English, but who cares. Are you going there to have conversation or get quality artwork done that will not only amaze you, but everyone that has the opportunity to see the detail and dedication that these artist provide? I had a portrait of my mother done and she absolutely HATES tattoos, but after seeing the work that Frank accomplished, it brought tears to her eyes...Mission accomplished. Honestly you dont have to believe my review or the other negative BS Ive seen here, but check out their page. The proof is in their work folks, and that doesnt lie.

Thanks to Inkaholik Tattoos for a great experience, its been years since my last tattoo. But the great quality of customer service and attention to detail I received from everyone especially my artist Tony was really exceptional and with all the choices in the area I will not go to anyone else but Inkaholiks. The artist masterfully took my idea and brought it to life in ways that I could never have imagined. Tony’s fierce creativity and determination created my piece of art and I love it. It was such a pleasure being his client I cant wait to see him again. Pricing is fair each artist has great talent and expertise, you want a great piece you get what you pay for. Owner Mr.Colombia stopped by to see the progression of the piece and was very informative and kindly gave me tips on aftercare. You can tell he wants everyone to have a great time and to feel comfortable while their getting a tattoo and cares about the satisfaction of the customer. Eagerly and professionally answered my questions. Thanks Inkaholiks very recommended.
