Very notable experience with the Diamond Cellar. I went in to this location a few weeks ago to purchase my fiances engagement ring, and everyone working there was super helpful. I was greeted at the door, pointed in the right direction, and then helped by one of their staff members to pick out the ring itself. After picking the setting, I was presented with about 5 diamonds that fit my budget. The ring turned out beautiful (3 days later after resizing/getting set) and my fiance couldnt have been happier. A week or so later, we decided that the ring needed to be resized. Living in Dayton at the time, it was a long drive to Columbus so we took it to Jareds. This ended up being a big mistake. They had to resize the ring 3 times to get it even looking decent and even then it didnt look anything like it did when i bought it. It was scuffed, rough in parts, and much thicker on the sides. Being platinum, it might have been more difficult to work with, but this was still a waste of time and almost $100. About a week after being unsatisfied, we took it back to the Diamond Cellar. Not only did we get to talk directly to the person who would be working on the ring, but he showed us the equipment and materials he would be using. What would have been a $500 repair was done as a courtesy, even though Jareds messed the ring up. After the repair, it came out looking just like it did the day I bought it. My fiance and I could not have been more relieved. We will definitely be returning for wedding bands.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from Jason Sakasci and to say the least, he went well above and beyond for me. Jason is a diamond expert, he makes you feel at ease and provides a pressure free environment. On several occasions, Jason very promptly responded to my emails while he was not at work, off the clock. Hes proven to truly care about his clients and their needs and wants. As far as the ring itself, he more than delivered. The ring my now fiance wanted, does not exist, until now. Jason created a custom ring that was exactly what myself and fiance envisioned. He nailed the size, price point and specs that we were looking for. I had an awesome experience buying an engagement ring at Diamond Cellar at Easton Town Center. Guys do yourself a favor, if you want to save time, money, and hassle buy your engagement ring here. Even better, work with Jason Sakasci if you can. He was very professional and knowledgable. I told him the setting, cut of diamond, and budget I had and he took care of the rest. High quality end product that ended up below budget!!! Jason took the time to keep me updated throughout the whole customization process too. As he got word when the ring would be ready he passed the info along immediately. The customization took a little longer than expected but well worth the wait! My fiancé has had nothing but "OMGs" and "look at that bling" compliments about her ring. Thanks Jason and Diamond Cellar for a truly remarkable ring and experience.

I would recommend the Easton Diamond Cellar and Jason Sakasci to everyone. I have been dreading the process and stress of picking out the perfect ring for my girlfriend, but Jason could not have made it easier. When I walked into the Diamond Cellar I did not know one thing about diamonds and rings. I walked out of there with a knowledge that I will be able to use forever. The thing I REALLY love is that i never felt pressured into buying anything and i never felt pushed into one direction or the other. You can tell Jasons first goal was to make sure i was comfortable, and that i had the best information i needed to make a smart decision when it came to the diamond and ring. I will for sure be back to purchase the wedding band, my ring, and any other piece of jewelry i purchase in the future. Great guy, great place.

I recently purchased an engagement ring from the Diamond Cellar. I worked with Jason and he made the whole process seamless and easy. He was very polite and asked questions to get to know what I was looking for and helped me to find exactly what I wanted. We even ran into a problem when the manufacturer of the band I purchased ran over and Jason turned a negative into a positive. He first promised me he would have a band with my diamond mounted then called back later that day to tell me they had found the band with UPS and were having it sent overnight so my ring would be ready in time for the proposal. He really went above and beyond to help me and make the whole situation as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend the Diamond cellar.

I had a great experience buying an engagement ring from Jason Sakasci. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Throughout the whole process, I never felt pressured by Jason. He offered his informed opinions and have me all the information I needed to make the best choice. Jason made himself available to me even when he was not at work and aways responded to questions quickly. He was also very respectful of my budget and staying within it - and actually ended up under my budget. This was very different from my experience at other jewelry stores where the final price tags always ended up above the budget that I had given the salesmen. I fully recommend Jason to anyone looking for an engagement ring or any other type of jewelry!

I cant say enough about how awesome the customer service was. Randy Siegel was very kind, patient and knowledgable about his products. We went in for a replacement wedding band for my husband. Randy asked all the right questions and showed us every option they had from $1500 to $100. To me that is how to make a sale. Show the customer everything you have and let them choose what is right for them. Needless to say Randy made the sale. He also re-dipped & cleaned my white gold wedding rings for FREE and I didnt even buy them there… And it only took 5 minutes. Now this is customer service. I will be going back to the Diamond Cellar for all future jewelry purchases. Thank you again, Randy for all your help.

I have shopped at Diamond Cellar for years but my recent experience deserves a stellar review. I lost the diamond from my wedding ring that DC had designed for me 12 years ago. The diamond was a Christopher Cut diamond and my insurance company said that my coverage covered the cost of a replacement. I worked with Sarah Schaffner and I cannot give Sarah enough praise for the service she gave me. From day one, she was personable, caring and so professional. It took a couple months for her to find an acceptable replacement but she worked on my behalf and made me feel like I was her only customer. I just picked up the ring and it is beautiful!
