I asked for a quote to reset a ring I had with a large tanzanite stone. Two days later, the jeweler called me to tell me he has removed my center stone and wants me to come in to look at options. I was so upset! All I asked for was a quote. I picked up my ring and stone but he never returned the gold mounting. Beware of this place.
