SO disappointed in this store.....I dropped off my rings to get them soldered together and this is what I picked up. You cannot be serious. I know nothing about rings and anyone with eyes can see that this is NOT right. And on top of that, they dont even match up on the sides! Is this the quality that I can expect with this company? When trusting someone with such a valuable and priceless item, I would expect the utmost care. It is your responsibility to your customers to care of their priceless items. And to top off.... I was met with the worst customer service Ive ever received. By the MANAGER! I was told it USUALLY goes on this way with rings and the person just must not have been paying attention. But they will file it down and I can come back when its done tomorrow. Oh great, file down the most valuable item I own. No honest or heartfelt apology for the inconvenience. No promises that it wont devalue my ring. No offering of how they will right their wrong. Nothing. I dont know who they have working in this store, but it is definitely not anyone Im trusting with something so valuable. Ive been in retail a long time and have never seen worst service. I will not be going back to this store and will be traveling out of my way to go to a different Jareds.

Jareds has awful business practices and horrible customer service. This Easton location is truly bad. I bought a ring for my wife for Mothers Day. (5/26) The ring had a stone come loose, so I took it back 2.5 months later (8/15). They did not apologize for a poor product, they instead said "you didnt buy the protection plan and you can THEN we will fix it". They also said "silver and gold can change and that causes the stone to become loose, so you should have purchased the plan". Its one thing if two years from now if I come back and tried to get it fixed, but its 2.5 months! Not even a quarter of a year! I want a quality product and they did not deliver. Their customer service didnt either. My wife also has a ring from Diamond Cellar that she has had for 6 years. It has yet to become loose. Jareds in general is an awful company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM. You can find a much better quality product, for similar prices just about anywhere.

Took 2 hours to figure out how to credit $25 back to me after spending over 2k. Ended up leaving because my time is worth more. Did pick up custom made piece that we liked. Thier sales system needs work also manager unable to figure out how to make a paying customer happy.

I went to jareds to purchase a ring for my to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. The understood my needs and helped with prices and I walked out the store saving money and have a happy pregnant wife with a new ring.

The guy didnt really care about my ring. He was more concerned with talking about the restaurant he couldnt wait to get to. My ring was filthy after he "cleaned it.". The worst experience Ive had at Jareds.
