Been purchasing Pandora Bracelets for years at this store. Its amazing the amount of money that i have spent in the last two years. Today i went in to purchase a Pandora Bracelet and the sales girl Jerry would not give me a Pandora Box that they ALWAYS have came in. First she said it was because of the big sale they had last week. I told her i needed a refund and that it was a gift and i didnt want it in some cheap random box. She came back out with a huge attitude and said they were not allowed to give out boxes for their bracelets unless i buy a charms too with the bracelet. Pretty much made me feel like she was breaking the law by giving the box....I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT EVER! I buy pandora bracelets for my business..average 4 a week. I told her i wouldnt be coming back in the future she seemed very haapy about that. Sales girl name was Jerry extremely rude one...sad to say but long relationship with Malloofs has ended today over a box! I remember the days when i use to walk in there and the sales girls smiled and couldnt wait to ask if u needed your box gift wrapped....now they wont even give u the box the bracelet should come in! Ill drive to Pandora at Partidge Creek for now on and i suggest anyone going to Malloofs for Pandora do the same.

The first time I went to this store I was looking for an engagement ring. I told the guy I wanted a custom ring made because I wanted a one of a kind. He told me thats not what I wanted because if I get one made she probably would not like it and that I should buy one off the shelf. Basically buy what they have, now. So I walked out and drive an hour away to Rochester and had one custom made... She loves it! So today I was looking for a simple charm. I was driving by and figured I would give them another shot. After standing there about ten minutes watching four of their staff stand around talking, I was about to say something. A woman walked over and started calling numbers.... Really?!?! She seen me standing there for the past ten minutes and youre going to start calling numbers?! And that was only after another customer walked up. I will NEVER return to that store again. Another example of a store too big to worry about customers.

A few days before Christmas I called the store and ordered a starter sterling silver pandora bracelet with a charm for my sister and wanted it sent to her, i chose Maloofs because I had shopped there many years ago and because it was close to her home and would be easy for her to exchange if it was the wrong size. I asked Alex how it would be sent so I could know when she could expect it. He said she lived so close to the store that he would drop it off in her mail box his self. True to his word he hand delivered it that evening. He knocked on her door and said "I have a gift for you from your sister in San Diego" What wonderful service for a small gift, that really brightened up my sisters day. I will shop here as often as possible because they remember what Customer Service is all about.

Probably the worst experience at a jeweler so far.... needed a ring re-sized and the first thing out of their mouth was, "did you purchase it from us?" and repeating over and over saying that "you should measure before purchasing" without even looking at the ring. By the time we came to the part were we mentioned that the ring was engraved, the lady behind the counter said, well that is going to be gone and you will have to get it re-engraved. We felt unwelcome, the staff was rude and very unprofessional. We went to a different jeweler down the road a few miles away and they were able to re-size the ring just fine without the loss of the engraving.

Three out of three people I spoke to were rude. Went for a new watch battery and was given a two year old one that required me to go to another place to take it out after my watch stopped working within a few hours of the purchase.. While there purchasing the battery the woman who helped me kept shaking her head at three other employees just standing around talking to each other as opposed to helping people. It did not seem like the employees want to be there. I wouldnt recommend going out of your way for this place, nothing spectacular and not the friendliest service. They do have an excellent selection of watches though.

I do not know why people are saying the employees are rude and not helpful. I was helped by Carmen, and not only was she extremely nice, she helped me find the exact type of watch I wanted when I told her what my price range was. All said and done, my shopping experience here was very good and was also done in a timely fashion. And on top of that, this time I was one of those people who showed up 30 minutes to closing, around the time when the average employee is dying to leave and may tend to be rude to a customer. But not Carmen. I recommend this store to anyone who appreciates fine jewelry.

My main reason for going was to get a Swarovski Crystal Flower and I did! I also got 30% off the MSRP! Im a happy girl! They cleaned my rings and they look brand new! The only reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars was for the first 20 minutes I felt invisible. No one even greeted me. I just thought that was odd. But Ill definitely be going back! I wonder if because I was by myself they thought I wasnt interested in purchasing anything? Well hopefully next time theyll know!

Maloofs counter girls are rude and condescending. My family and I were loyal customers for years - birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc. When I took a ring in for cleaning that I received as a gift, the counter girl kept talking about the low quality of the rings stones. I was so embarrassed because the person who gave it to me was standing right next to me because they wanted to see the "great" jewelry store I always talked about. Weve taken our business elsewhere.

My husband & I got my wedding & engagement ring here, in 2.5 years I have had the rings in for loose stones and diamonds falling out 7 (SEVEN) times!!! The fifth & sixth time I was told lets repair one more time....on the 7th time I took my business down the street after being told "lets repair it one more time"... No Thank You

The staff was extremely helpful and the selection was very good. I bought an engagement ring here and they showed me the basics and helped me through every step. Also recently got a ring cut off and resized here and they did it for very low cost. Highly recommend

Hmm.... Well, I had my wedding ring sized here several months ago, and today I pulled my ring off and it split where they had cut it. I called to get it fixed, and the woman I spoke to could not have cared less and told me that it will take a week to have it fixed.
