Worthington Jewelers brought to life the full breadth and depth of their capabilities when designing mine and my wifes wedding rings. From scratch, from our drawings and inspiration, they crafted the beautiful art we now wear each day. Being a Material Engineer, the metals used and the construction were paramount. The artisian jeweler we worked with discussed on the level we expected the science and the structure, while not losing focus of our ultimate goal of a symbol of our marriage. I should also mention that prior to our wedding rings, I had the opportunity to custom build, with much Worthington Jeweler help, an engagement ring for my wife. Knowing very nearly the stone I wanted, a selection of potential options was brought before me, each with its own unique character. Some were smaller, some larger, some with less or more quality characteristics. This singular act showed me that is was not just about getting the biggest, highest quality, most expensive, but really finding that perfect fit of look, quality, and affordability. In the end I chose a stone somewhere in the middle in size, but higher in quality. The stone was set, sized, and mailed to me, since I lived out of state at that time. Everything was beautiful, but I realized quickly that due to my wifes very small size ~2.75, that the stone setting wasnt quite right. I contact Worthington and they immediately worked with me to get the ring back to them, have it corrected. They were able to help me with this extremely tight timing as I was planning to propose that next week. As a wrap-up to the little story, my wife and I are very happy with both the engagement ring and the two wedding rings, happily married for nearly 7 years. We know that jewelry is expensive and should be personal, so when we chose to get, or make!, something special, we will always go to Worthington Jewelers.

My experience was not a good one, but before I start with all that happened, I will say two associates...One named vicki and another man there were very polite to me. SHORT VERSION: 1. Pricey--( the chain that i want to replace on the necklace would cost $163 more than a nicer one i found elsewhere & the repair to the broken chain on the necklace was $32)... 2.The air people give you when they look at you and think your not worthy of respect.. 3. I came in to get a chain that i broke soldered back together, but in the process they scratched up my pendant on that chain... 4. They tried to pass it off to me as if they hadnt done anything...and I almost missed it but thank G-D I looked at it in the car.The solder job was very sloppy as well, which i overlooked since i found another chain elsewhere I would be replacing for the necklace... 5.When i immediately came back inside I had to wait 25 minutes w/o being offered a seat or an update about what was going on... 6. The goldsmith was barely apologetic...more snarky...and expected i trust her another 24 hours with my necklace... 7. the next day a very NICE associate helped me and was very apologetic.. 8. her boss tried to come say something snarky to her about the necklace right in front of me, so i politely corrected her. she wouldnt even look me in the eye, and acted as if i was not even there... 9. a mysterious note in the computer now pops up saying the chain is weak in areas and they cant work on it again. The funny thing is, when they tried to pass it off to me the first time, the note wasnt there and the necklace is hanging way longer than it did before 10. I WOULDNT SUGGEST using their services... hey damaged my custom, one of a kind necklace!!! If most of the people treated me rudely, you may get the same... i would assume it depends on who or what they assume you are or are not.

We went to Worthington Jewelers for our wedding bands after having the most unpleasant experience for the engagement ring at Andrews Jewelers a few years ago. We met with Lori (I believe) blonde hair, bright blue eyes and vey bubbly (Im terrible with names). She was absolutely amazing. She spent a lot of time with us the first time we were just browsing in February and then we went back in July to figure out a plan for wedding bands. I had a custom made engagement ring with an infinity type band and it was immediately complex what we should do for a wedding band. We discussed mounting the diamond to a new ring and band altogether and several other options. Needless to say, she and her associate were extremely patient and not annoyed that we spent 3 hours in there with them working through some quite thoughtful complex ring options. She brought numerous options to the table with figures of cost and let us decide what would be the most desirable and cost effective option. She helped design my wedding band with our input and we went with 2 separate shadow bands custom made from the wax mold of my engagement ring. The process was due to take up until September 1st to be complete and done (6 weeks) as it was complex and required time knowing they would be available only 6 days before we departed for our wedding location; however, I was shocked to recieve a phone call on August 19th saying they were completed and ready for pick up with appraisals done and all. We were absolutely thrilled! When we got there and I tried the bands on with engagement ring, it was stunning and of utmost quality. They under promised and over delivered. Exceptional service, exceptional staff, exceptional timeliness and exceptional quality. I would recommend to anyone!

I bought my wifes engagement ring here, and we both bought our wedding rings here. When my wife pointed out an engagement and wedding band set she really liked at Worthington Jewelers after visits to several other jewelers in the area, I came in the following Monday to place the order. We were leaving for a trip to visit her brothers in China, and I planned to propose to her on the Great Wall. They told me it could take around two weeks for the ring to come back and for them to set the gem in it, and since we were leaving in three I was naturally concerned for delays and whatnot. The saleswoman I worked with told me that since the diamond I was buying was already set in another, simpler band they had, theyd let me take that to China to get engaged and we could then just bring it back to have the diamond set in her actual ring. Fortunately it never came to that, but that level of service and trust in a relatively complete stranger sold me on buying the ring right then and there. Move ahead a few months and were buying her matching band, as well as my band. We were too late for their spring sale, and too early for their fall sale, but since we ended up buying all three rings through them they let us use the fall sale, which was 50% off the lower priced ring. I cannot say enough good things about this jeweler. They were kind, took their time with us, and went above and beyond what Id consider good customer service. Ill absolutely be returning to them for future jewelry purchases.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid this place. Bought my engagement ring from here and it was a nightmare. The store missed the initial date for delivery so I called an tried to have the store make it right. They rudely refused to admit that missing the date for delivery was a problem. So I escalated to the manager. The manager was nice at first but basically said since I negotiated on the price of the ring I should just be happy with what I get and he would do nothing else to make the situation right. I ended the phonecall with enjoy your bad review on Yelp. He called back right away and said He was going to cancel my order and return my money if I wrote a bad review. I was shocked at his immaturity, but was honestly glad to be done with his smug attitude. My wife on the other hand was freaking out because she was not certain she could find the same ring some where else and was in tears. She wanted me to keep the order, so I did. The manager basically make me beg for him to produce the ring, and agree not to write the review. We got the ring and everything was fine other than some hurt feelings. That was a little over a year ago, and I kept my word up until today. Today they sent me a mailer advertising some sale they were running. They after all that mess, kept me on their mailing list. I decided to break my silence and write the reviews, Please shop somewhere else. Trust me
