Ive been in a lot of watch shops in NYC, Southern California, and Michigan but this is the first one Ive really, really enjoyed. I was looking at their nice selection of Pateks and made it abundantly clear I wasnt planning on buying for at least 6 months, most likely more. In other shops I either get brushed off after saying this or given maybe 20 minutes of service at the most. Ahee didnt do this. The salesman not only took the time to show me all the watches I wanted to see, he told me interesting stories about his time in the watch industry, news I didnt see on the Internet until much later, and was very well informed of what he had to offer and what existed in the market place. Even after I was disappointed with the watch I came in initially to look at, that he removed from the plastic it comes in to show me, he was pleasant and held my attention until another caught my eye. Not because he was pushy and pulled it out, but just because it caught my glance. Meanwhile no one gave my wife a hard time over our newborn being infatuated with the full length mirror. I plan on buying my grail watch from here. Its a great shop.

I recently visited Ahee Jewelers for my first time after hearing about their store on WJR (Paul W Smith). I was in the market for a Rolex Submariner. Since this was my first Rolex purchase I had a lot of questions as you could imagine and my sales person Alex was more than helpful and extremely knowledgeable when it came to the product and options. He not only made my selection easy, but also made me feel comfortable, establishing a level of trust that I appreciated most. I definitely recommend AHEE and will be a customer for life!

At Ahees they treat you like their best friend. John is wonderful and bends over backwards to accomodate any request. They took my grandmothers wedding set and designed it into a pin for me and it turned out beautifully. Preserved the inscription. I have relocated to Naples, FL and still go back to purchase everything through Ahees. Service is absolutely unsurpassed. They also give back a phenominal amount to the community. Simply the best.

They give great service when they are selling. After the sale, if you need service or a cleaning, good luck! It may depend on which salesman you draw when you come in. If you arent lucky, you may get one of the family members who feel entitled to their job and your business. We never had John so I cant comment on his service level.

My husband bought a pair of earrings and a ruby bracelet for me from this store which broke after two years of use. My own personal experience has been satisfactory at best. Staff could be nicer and less condescending. My husband still buys jewelry for me from here as the store is near and convenient for him.

Showed up to see engagement rings and was treated like a second class citizen. Seller was not interested in discussing products, services, and rings - would NEVER buy from here or visit this place again, will pass along my disgust in the service in this location to as far as my social circle goes

The sales man Mr Lowe was amazing he knew his diamonds. I went all over the place looking at engagement rings and Ahee has the best Quality and Price I could find. This is a up scale place. If you want to get upscale jewelry I would go here. this blew out all the other jewelers.
