I went in with some old inherited watches I wanted assessed, and a Citizen watch only a few years old that needed a band replaced. They werent rude, but they werent nice either. Only a couple watches were worth repairing, but they couldnt tell me how much the items may be worth after repair. In general he either couldnt or wouldnt answer my questions. They quoted me over $150 dollars to order a band from citizen for my watch. I sat in my car in the parking lot and ordered one from citizen myself for $30. Were they charging me $120 labor to change a watch band, trying to scam me, or trying to get me to leave for wasting their time? I dont know, but I sure wont be back.

My Rolex had been subjected to a broken crystal and an ocean swim. Would not keep time any more. It was sent to Switzerland to be repaired. When it came back it would still not keep accurate time. I took it to Gold Star and their jeweler fixed it. It now keeps perfect time. I have used their service many times with outstanding results for a fair price. They really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them.

Took my watch in to fix a broken crystal and correct timing and was very reasonably priced. They did the work on the spot in a very reasonable time. Had to go back when the band broke due to a hinge piece coming loose, and they fixed it with no charge. Very nice people, will be going back for all my future watch needs and maybe even pick out some earrings for my wife. Highly recommend them!

Brought my Omega speedmaster to put back loose small hand and to repair a bracelet. Everything was done to my satisfaction. When I came home I also did discover that my watch is 10 times is more accurate, than it was before - I think timing service was done free of charge ! Excellent service, highly recommened
