The employees are all usually nice. The customers complain a lot about the employees attitude, but in some cases, its a direct response of what the customers themselves display when establishing their character, which essentially provokes the fed up employees to act as "rude", so be happy some of them are willing to tolerate youre immature actions. Many of the people employed, happen to be teens, so it would be reasonable to assume that they are burdened by certain circumstances, therefore they or not able to perform their duties in a professional manner. No, just beacuse you were disrespected, doesnt necessarily mean you were being racially descriminated, unless the employee used racially offensive terms. Of course many Hispanics shop at Savers Cost Plus, but feeling overwhelmed due to the racial imbalance and bringing up racial discrimination to justify why youve been disrespected is an unreasonable way of dealing with such matters. Now regarding surcharge, many customers seem to think the store is stealing money from them, but that is not the case, otherwise the store would have closed as soon as such scandals were legally recognized. I would very much encourage the customers to recognize the significance of the stores name, while acknowledging the big sign above the cash registers, clearly indicating the way the surcharge works when applied. Giving the cashiers a hard time, because youre infuriated with the surcharge is unacceptable, and you should not hold up a line because you want to question the stores ways and policy. Sure I do agree that some items are a bit overpriced but lets not make a scene. In essence, the more you buy, the better, and next time do your research before shopping at a store your unfamiliar with.

The baggers are the best part if the store, they are always nice and helpful (sometimes even more than the managers). My top pick for bagger is Robert Terrazas he always helps out and never complains, he is always smiling and polite. The store could be better but its a good Mexican market but Walmart or Kroger is a better choice :) 2 star for the store but 10 Stars for this young man

If youre shopping for a big family or large group, its ok, but for small amounts of items and groceries the surcharge gets ridiculous. The meat, produce, and pan dulce are ok, but sometimes you can tell theyre not the freshest. Dont come here for "American" brand name a stuff because its generally overpriced. Stick to the Mexican culture stuff.

this is the first super markato ive everbeen to. very nice produce dept. selections and fruit i did not know, the produce man there let me somethings he thought id like. they have a live fishtank to select from, whole smoked piglets in the meat case. food and brands id neverseen before. they also offer hot prapared food in the store.

A Restroom stop turns into grocery shopping. The restroom can difinetly use some mantinance services and housekeeping especially if you have a mini restaurant in the inside. The meat was fresh and the price was GREAT. My family and i was impressed with this store and most defiantly WE WILL BE BACK.....

Enjoy the staff. We never shop there without stopping at the small restaurant they have inside. The food is delicious. The mane drawback is the fee added to your bill depending on how much you buy. So stopping in for a gallon of milk will cost you and extra 20%.

Better out shopping at Kroger Walmart Target the price is about the same the Third charge is outrageous spend $100 and still they charge 13% me think youre saving until you pay the surcharge

Always have bad produce. Employees are normally in your way from restocking items. Ive also never been charged so much. You have to spend over a hundred dollars here to not get screwed.

The tax they apply is ridiculous. I bought a card and balloon for fathers day.... came out to 11$..... screw cost plus Ill never buy anything from them again! Id rather spend at Krogers

Customer service was rude. Prices advertised are not what they charge you and when you ask manager for money back he is very rude. Never will go back to this place again. !!!

Google variety of Latin America products, good meat selection, the only negative aspect is thar sale taxes are vertical high up to 20% depending on how much you spend.
