This is the worst Walmart that I have ever been too, Wholly because of the manager (Teresa). I ordered something online which had an estimated pickup time at 12:00pm. I went to pick up my delivery around 3:00pm and I was told that it is not ready. The agent was rude in her response and said she doesnt have an estimated time. Usually when something get ordered online, the local store employees are responsible for keeping up the promise and in this case, there was no effort from the employee side (sad to see that a huge corporation like Walmart has "Teresa" like person in charge). The so-called Manager was a worst human being and has no respect for customers. She was blaming everything on the online portal and would not take any responsibility for not meeting the deadline. When I requested her to check the inventory, her immediate response was that she cannot do any favors(technically it is there responsibility to give us answers about the estimated pick up time). Atlast when I said, I am looking for "iPad mini 2", she immediately responded that there was no stock. For some reason, I didnt trust her words and was able to find multiple units available at the iPad station. Finally i bought one over the counter and cancelled my online order. I would only go to this Walmart for absolute necessity.

I have no idea why, but the wal mart in irving blows compared to other stores. Yes its walmart. walmart always sucks. But every time I go there, something bad happens - typically in the customer service department. Try to get a money order? Nah, customer service rep is too busy chatting with someone half way across the store. Get in line to buy stuff? Some jackass rams into your ankle, cuts in front of you, cashier doesnt stick up for you - meanwhile that jackass decides screaming at you is a good idea. Go in to buy ONE soda? Debit machines are down, cashier decides HOLDING ONTO YOUR CARD is a good idea while shes trying to figure it out - even after to tell her "forget it, Ill just go somewhere else." Nope, you still wont get your card back. Oh, and later youll get charged for the items anyways. Multiple times. Ask someone to help you locate an item? Dont even try. "Thats not my department." Get over charged at register? Instead of voiding the ONE item off, they void the ENTIRE ORDER, wait for a manager, and you have to start all over. Almost every other walmart Ive been to is nice. I avoid this one like the plague.

I absolutely despise coming here, especially at nights & weekends- it seems like the WHOLE neighborhood comes out here to shop or chill (at the McDonalds) at the same time. Its a mad zoo-- children running around, children unwrapping candies in the checkout lines, rude customers with 37283 items in "less than 20 items" line. Cant people be more considerate?! The lines are very long, sometimes you get unlucky and get stuck with a cashier who scans 1 item per minute. Literally. Also, a few years ago, I stepped on a rusty old safely pin in the parking lot. It went through my flip flops and I bled a bit. Definitely my fault for wearing unprotected shoes, but it definitely illustrates the quality of this Walmart in a nutshell. I received my tetanus shot the next morning... Try to avoid this place during nights & weekends, and come in the morning between the hours of 5am-9am, if possible. If you REALLY need that gallon of milk at 8pm, go to Walgreens or CVS. I mean it.

Really Not All That. They Dont Have Half Of What Other Walmarts Have, If You Dont See Them Then Your Good Chance Is Going To A Different Walmart. They Also Need Better Cashiers Whos Fast Paste And Speak English Very Well, Some Of The A.A. (African Americans) Are Slooooow That It Looks Like Theyre Not Happy With Their Jobs, And Some Of The Indians Dont Speak English Very Well That Its Hard To Have A Happy Convo With Them While Cashing Out. But The Worse Is Omg This Walmart Has A Lot Of Indian Costumer (and I do mean a lot) Who REALLY Reeks Of Arm Pits Or Cheap Hotel Soap. Why Cant They Smell Good Anymore?!?!? Dont They Use Underarm Deodent At All???? Its Gross Too Whenever They Walk By Or Stand By You While Shopping They Freaking Stink. Its Hard Trying To Breath And It Sucks To Go To A Different Walmart Because Theyre Interstate And Miles Apart Uuuugh. Wish They Wouldnt Smell

I ordered something online and we will just say that was a terrible experience. SO I asked for a refund on my price ordered that I paid in store here. I initiated the refund on the phone. I get an email how would you like to receive your refund by mail or in store? I click in store. I show up to the store to get my refund. I cannot give it to you. What the F***! I paid here. I cancelled my order and I need my money back. (because you dumb@$$ lost my package and cannot track it down). The manager (doesnt matter which manager. I spoke to a total of 5 in this fiasco) says he will call Walmart and see whats going on and then give me a call the following morning. It is now 2:30pm and nothing. I dont have my ordered and I dont have my money. Worse service ever. Also dont buy anything online that is too large. They use a third party delivery Seko and they too are not competent.

# With the wait times for a register on a typical day, youd think there was a roller coaster at the front of the line. # Their offering of food items was surprisingly limited -- as in there was not much variety of offering within a given type of product (e.g., pretzels). The staff were entertainingly unhelpful. I had the pleasure of speaking with the person stocking the chip aisle who said he had never heard of a "sourdough pretzel". # BEWARE the quality of meat items that are supposed to be frozen. I went to get a pack of chicken gizzards one time, and it was only after about 5 minutes of additional shopping that I realized that the sewer-like smell I couldnt seem to escape was coming from the package of not-actually-frozen gizzards I was holding, which had gone completely putrid and was even leaking some of the blood ("carrion" at that point).

I have twice made orders online to pick up at this walmart. The first was a camera that had been on sale, and I never received a confirmation email. I stopped in to see what the hold up was, to find out they didnt have it in stock and were "looking" rather than just telling me up front that they couldnt complete the order. Thinking this was just because of some sale shortage, I made a second order recently for some EVA foam floor mats that, online, says they have 6 in stock. AGAIN, 2 days of no contact, only to be told on the phone they dont have them in stock and are in the process of cancelling my order. Couldnt talk to a manager, and whoever is in charge of inventory updating is either incredibly inept or lazy. How do you sell out of 6 gym floor mat sets in 48 hours? I will NEVER place an order with this store again.

I purchase an Xbox one online (18th) and had it shipped to the store(22nd) an I ended up finding a cheaper deal somewhere else, so i told them to just refund me, and the guy said okay and gave me a receipt saying refunded, and that the money will be on my card in 3-5 days, and a week passed nothing credited back yet, so I called customer service (28th) and explained what happen. so when the lady checked there was never even a refund processed, so I was confused because I have the reciept saying so, and shes like Ill go ahead and process again so I said okay n she said again check 3-5 days. So i did and now its April 4th and nothing so I just ended up calling my bank And got my money back and I have the proof to show it! Dont ever purchase anything thing from Walmart they are horrible!
