I hate coming to this locations. The only reason I do is because I live near by and its convenient. These young kids they hire here do not know anything about good customer service. They look like they do not enjoy being there. They do not greet you when you come up to their register. This one young lady sorted all my groceries and then just left to join a group of other employees trying to help one other employee. I just sat there waiting for my reciept. Point blank this place is horrible. Its best just waiting in the long line at the self check out. Oh and by the way the whole reason they only have 3-4 check outs open is because Walmart does not want to bring on anymore employees to pay them extra to come in. What your scheduled is what you work. Every one there gets no more than 39 hrs they do not like paying overtime for anyone. Ive worked at a Walmart before and thats how its always been.

I wanted to find item (to purchase multiple) to use for centerpieces for a work event...found one nice floral arrangement at my local Walmart, but needed 10. Called this WM to see if had any in their inventory. The person (older lady) answering the phone said she didnt have any database to check that, so it had to be done visually by a person in the section. Actually, I know from speaking with my local WM customer service person that they DO have a database to check, so I dont know why the person wouldnt just do that. Instead, she forwarded me to the person back in the department who then had to run around looking for it. the department person was nice to do that for me, but WM needs to make sure that the person answering the phone has access to the database for inventory check, and an attitude of "want to help" so that something like this can be done efficiently.

Tonight I went into the store at about 8:30 PM. I was able find the product in a reasonable amount of time. However, when I approached the register to check out, there were at least ten people in line at each register. This would heave been understandable, if all of the checkout lines were being utilized. However, only about a third of the lines were open, and NONE of the self checkout lines were operable. After having to wait 30 minutes in line, without it moving, I finally placed the items at an empty checkout stand and told the checker at the next stand that I was not buying them and that I was leaving. If Wal- mart ( and notice I am not referring to the employees, many of whom are doing the best they can) want to keep me as a customer, they are going to have to quit worrying JUST about the BOTTOM LINE and take better care of the customer.

FILTHY!! FILTHY!! FILTHY!! This store obviously doesnt have a carts guy. Customers were taking carts from the parking lot inside. Theyve apparently been well trained that there wont be one inside. All the wheelchairs were outside, dead, as well. And I definitely needed one as I was on my way home from urgent care with a knee injury. I bought a video in the case and the self checkout employee told me it didnt need to be removed with their magnet tool. WRONG!! So now Im back to have it removed and the cart situation is the same and the store is DIRTY!! Bathroom is the worst both times!! I advise spending an extra few minutes to go to a store that CARES.

HORRIBLE ! I dont even know where to begin. The staff is rude and while they check you out or stock inventory complain about their "baby daddies" and "shit ass kids" to their co workers. I really dont want to hear about their personal lifes. The customer service staff doesnt have a clue on what their doing! I went in for a return and the person working there couldnt work the register. Never did she offer to ask a manager for help she just denied me what could have been an easy return. I asked for a manager and he had to tell her how to do my return. So only go to the Walmart on Main st if you want to get a headache and waste youre time ! Good luck !

Despite having been remodeled in recent years this store still lacks the looks of walmart in higher end areas. Lines for the customer service as well as check outs are always long. The employees never seem to be in a hurry. The store seems dirty & disheveled majority of the time. Many items are put back on the shelf in the wrong place & often its hard to find what your looking for. This is my least favorite Walmart in the area & only go here as a last resort. One plus is that walmart pharmacy has the cheapest prescriptions around for those with no insurance but again the lines to drop off or pick up are ridiculous at this location.

I was there for a guarantee claim of two tires that I purchased on November 2015. The tires had a manufacturer guarantee on tread for 60k miles plus I paid 10 dollars extra for "Road Hazard Warranty". Tread only lasted 32k. They did not want to back that warranty even though I had receipts and proof of mileage. After arguing they only prorated or deducted 15% on the new set. I had to wait more than 4 hours to end up paying almost the full price for the tires. Plus bad customer service. Really a bad experience. So if you buy tires there save the receipts in case you need them and good luck! AS for me, I will buy from other store.

Horrible customer service by Tina. A young woman who does not how to comprehend the words on the policy. Its so sad that she was allowed to speak to a customer so dispectfully in front of 2 customer service manager and the overnight co-worker manager. After receiving the contract information, another employee decided to get involved on Tinas behalf. Most of these employees at this location are rude and very disrespectful. I can count on one hand, the number of long term employees, who is sincere. Walmart should do better when training their employees. Always some drama at this location.

Not even one star. This Walmart is set up unlike any other Walmart Ive been to. There were cashiers STANDING AROUND laughing about how long the lines were in the 4 lines that were open. Items were priced incorrectly, and instead of the cashier who knew the price my item was supposed to be passed it along to another cashier instead of just quickly ringing up my FOUR items. So I had to tell the new cashier multiple times the price of the item that was wrong. Drive the extra bit off the highway and go to the Hebron Walmart. This one is terribly mismanaged and disorganized. Save your time.
