Buyer Beware!!!! This location needs an overhaul. We are a Repair Facility that uses this location on a regular basis. The past several times we have ordered, the orders keep getting messed up. Either it is incorrect, or more common is the excuse, "You didnt order it." Total BS!! This has happened so frequently that I write the name of the person I spoke with, the time and the date. Today I was basically called a "liar". I was given a quote on two different style tires and approved the order of one of them. This was Thursday (10/23/14). I called today (10/28/14) ready to drop off the vehicle and was told that not only did I not place the order but "my information is incorrect because I only inquired about 1 style tire". I was then told by the guy that if I didnt like the "experience" I could go somewhere else. So I did! The location on MacArthur is only 10 miles away and Chris over there is nice and actually returns phone calls! Hopefully the corporate office will see this, or the email I am about to send them and make the necessary corrections, whatever that may be.

I went there to get new rims and tires for my vehicle just a week ago and i have two things to say about my experience here. First: apparently if you want faster service you have to go to the grand prairie location b/c, literally, everything these guys were selling me was coming from that store. I looked at no less than 15 different rims and none of them were in stock there but in grand prairie. Second: the only thing these guys carry as far as toes for small cars (in my case a coupe) is performance yours. No passenger tires at all! Guess where they had a better selection of yours? Yup, grand prairie. All in all, after they "special order" my wheels the installation is done superb. I went with discount tire b/c they are have locations all over which is a plus for me. Still, I will not go to these guys after my guarantee on my toes goes out and when i am in need of new wheels. I just think there are better places

Ive never been to a Discount tire where the employees werent courteous and this one lives up to that standard and more. I was told about the life/health of my current tires and given Tire options without feeling like I was being up sold. I felt very comfortable and trusted the recommendations given. I was given an approximate wait time and offered coffee and water. My tires were changed in less than the approximated wait time and I was able to wait in my car when my turn came. I was also guided out of the bay after my tires were changed. Id like to continue to thank Discount tires for their customer service model as it has never wavered from location to location for the past 10 years Ive been visiting their stores. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

They refused to rotate and balance my tires stating the best tires were already on the back. they told me my front ones needed to be replace now because they only had 5/16" of tread on them. Even arguing with the stupid kid didnt do any good he still refused to rotate them unless I bought new tires. Im done with discount tire. They always try to push new tires but this is the first time they have refused to rotate. There is still plenty of tread on these above the wear indicators, they are 60,000 mile tires and I have only put 20,000 on them so far. UPDATE: I took my truck to another tire shop, they agreed my tires were fine and rotated and balanced them for me

He provided me with great customer service on the phone as well as in person. Lugo also provided me with great customer service over the phone and in person. Great service and warranty. I have purchased three sets of tires from this discount tire and they have always been helpful and professional. I have had tires replaced using their certificates with ease. While other stores will try to weasel their way out of honoring a tires insurance. There is almost always a line at this shop but its because they provide a great service worth waiting for. Im sure not all discount tires are great but the staff in this one is very helpful and polite.

needed one new tire, damaged beyond repair. They had it in stock. Great service, had me in an out in no time. Even loaded the new tire into the trunk while i was paying. Due to the type of tire damage, they insisted I have them check the other three tires once i got the new one put on. Returned a bit later and they said the other tires were fine. Most places probably would have tried to scare someone into buying a full set. Will definitely recommend to anyone with tire need.

Dont estimate a timeline you cant manage just to get me to come in. Management is poor and un organized. Also, I tried to book an appointment and I was told, if you come in now 10:30 am, they would have me in and out 45 mins, its been 1hr 15 mins and my vehicle is still in the parking lot. I have always bought at discount tires, good decent rates, quality tires, good warranty, but get the management and schedule tighter.

Amazing customer service! Jesus specifically! He got me exactly what I needed within my budget. He didnt try to push anything extra or unnecessary. He gave me his recommendations based off my car needs. Nothing more or less. I will come back to this exact location as long as he is here. Through his outstanding customer service, this location has earned a permanent customer.

Great service here. But over priced cheap tires that leak air. It takes 1/2 a day to get new tires and balancing done. Always a line. Always a long wait. In all between the "sale" tires and new rims 900.00. I will never go back to Discount Tire or to their West Coast affiliate American Tire company. If you want quality tires go to Firestone.

Im in complete disbelief. My elderly relative borrowed my vehicle and had to change a tire when air pressure was lost due to a leak not repaired. In addition to the leak repair I requested wheel balancing which was performed. Who the hell removes a foreign object from a wheel without fixing it? 2015 Silverado white

I had 2 tires with 75% tread and 2 with 40%. The belt broke on one with 40% and a new one was $250. 100%...75%...75%...40%, not what I was wanting. Instead of making money... Kelvin made my day by selling me 2 used tires with %80 tread for $225. Honorable, trustworthy crew over here. Kelvin, thank you sir.

The whole staff was very friendly. James took my call, he was very helpful locating my tires and gave me a good deal. The manager, Jon, was hands on, leading his team by example. I would recommend anyone to this store; my Titan looked great after the tire upgrade!
