To GOD be all the glory! I have been through so much lately. And my front tires were bald!!! Yesterday I scared myself, its been raining here and I slid all over the toll way. After losing my mom. Things have been rough. I came here looking for a miracle. I meet a true man of GOD.... Tim, he shared his story with me and told me to continue and hold on to GOD. I needed to hear that, it brought me to tears. There are still good people in this world. Excellent customer service. I live in Arlington TX, I passed 3 other discount tire Co. But for now on will drive the 20 mins to this store anyway..... Just because I was treated fairly and blessed with such honestly and customer service. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THIS LOCATION IS THE BEST!!!!!!!! Thank you JESUS for such amazing people!

The following is all based on personal opinion and personal experience… Im very disappointed with this location. I have enjoyed dealing with discount tire, but I decided to give this location a try and it was a complete disaster. I will never return to this location again. Dishonest employees. I will stick to the location in Arlington. That Arlington location is a good representation of what discount tire is all about. I am kicking myself for giving the one located on 183 in Irving, a chance. I had a bad feeling about it and I shouldve gone with that hunch. They dont take responsibility for their mistakes. Dan, the manager was also very unprofessional. Dan was not disrespectful, but he was unprofessional and the rest of the employees follow his lead, unfortunately.

I made an appointment online the morning I went to Discount Tire. The website was really simple and easy to use. When I arrived later that afternoon, I was greeted and taken care of right away. A technician walked out to my car, inspected it, and broke down what was wrong. I was in and out in about 30-35 minutes. I thought it would take longer since they were super busy and the phones were ringing like crazy, but it was the best experience. I will definitely be coming back to them in the future.

David (with the glasses), was very impatient with the customers (an elderly woman ) and to host coworkers. Also as soon as I walked in David was anything but pleasant to a customer over the phone. At first I thought. Well maybe its a bad day. But as I waited (lets not go there) . His attitude continued to be poor. I work in customer service . That being said I wish David the best of luck. And hopes he prospers with good faith, happiness, and joy.

I have been trying to call this place for 3 days- no one ever answers the phone. i called a different location & the6yy verified the phone number was correct. i drove by this store & saw people working in the bay- still no answer to the phone. I turned around & went in, thinking possibly their phone was messed up- I used my cell phone & could hear their phone ringing. i watched 2 guys walk right past the ringing phone & WALKED OUT!

In my experience they prioritized making money over safety. Got a nail in my tire, it didnt seem to be leaking air, but obviously wanted to address the issue. Upon realizing that I was not interested in purchasing a new set of tires (after being informed that I was in the yellow) they rushed me out of the store. The representative would not plug the tire, and repeatedly told me I was fine to drive around with the nail.

Theyll let your car remain in a dangerous condition if you dont specifically tell them not to. My husband came here to get his tires unlocked and they didnt replace the hubcaps. When he called about this, they told they didnt because he didnt ask. This isnt sonic where you have to ask to ketchup. This is peoples safety. That is an absolutely ridiculous response.

Fast, friendly & didnt try to oversell me. Ive had major issues at other Discount Tires, but keep coming back b/c thats where my warranties are. These guys were fabulous & completely changed my opinion of Discount Tire into a positive one. I will now go out of my way to return to this location for service - they were simply that great.

Overall these guys are very sales oriented. They have put tires on 4 of my vehicles and they will do anything to get a sale even selling you tires right at cost just to get you to purchase their warranty services. You can't beat that type of service anywhere and they are very fast with every install.

Not always fast because they are always busy. But they always do good work. They have pleanty of comfortable chairs, bottled water and a nice restroom that youcan use without having to ask. And they are located next to several eateries and stores so Ive got things to do while I wait.

Good service, I went in for a flat repair and they repaired it no problem. They even had two other people come in right at closing and they still let the people get their flats repaired. They didnt argue or anything they just helped the people with good customer service.

Special thanks to Mr Darryl and Mr. David. I purchased some tires and rims from them. The next Day I heard strange noises coming from my tire. Mr David fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service and they were busy and still kept service flowing

Everyone should go to Discount Tire here in Irving right past Beltline for any tire needs. The gentleman at the desk helped me so much and bent over backwards to get me a price that could fit in my extremely limited budget. They are so kind and professional!

Understaffed, just needed a tire rotation, waited 25 minutes for them to tell me it was going to take 1 hour and 30 to do it. Geez,I just bought new tires, Ill just do it myself.

Great service but too slow. It took them 2 hours to fix a flat. I wish they were honest about their wait time. I was promised a 30-45min wait time.
