Typically when I go to a discount tire store I have excellent customer service but I dont know whats wrong with this store. I schedule an appointment for a tire rotation thats it and the guy tells me that its still going to take a minimum of 45 minutes. And then tried to tell me that every Auto or mechanic shop even with appointments it takes 45 minutes to get something done which is complete BS and Ive been to other Discount Tires stores where they do not take that long for a tire rotation and he then tried to argue with me about that so I will not be going to this Discount Tire store anymore because I dont understand whats the point of scheduling an appointment and youre still going to make me wait 45 minutes for something simple as a tire rotation.

I hit a pot hole on my way home from work at 5:45pm. I called and spoke to Luis and explained to him my situation, he assured me that as long as I got there before 6pm they would get me taken care of. I even told him I didnt want to be "that guy" pulling into the shop 2 minutes before they closed. Luis told me not to worry about it and that they would rather stay late to get me fixed up then me driving with two bubbles in my side wall. Once I arrived at the shop everyone there was friendly and honest which is very refreshing dealing with car repairs. These guys are top notch and will go out of my way to give them my business in the future. AAAAAA++++++

Never going anywhere else! Ive been needing and saving for new tires but I got a nail in my worn rear passenger tire. Went in for a patch and they told me it was unserviceable. I was helpless and hopeless. Kevin eased all my fears by offering a loner tire on the pretension that Id come back and purchase my tires from them when Im able to afford it. Ill definitely be back here to purchase a full new set in about a month or two! Im astonished by the old school customer care these guys operate in! Great job Discount Tire! Great employees!

Discount Tire 1405 S Josey Lane Carrollton, TX 75006 Very efficient and professional! Made an appointment online for 11:30 AM. Dropped off the car and walked next door for lunch. When I returned in 35 minutes my car was waiting for me. I have to thank a friend for the recommendation. I will never go back to Carrollton Tire & Auto Service, 2539 Marsh Lane, Carrollton, TX 75006. James and company were completely useless. I had poor service at Carrollton Tire & Auto Service on three occasions. No more.

Came in on a weekday to have a nail removed from my tire. There was only two cars ahead of me when they checked me in. They had 6 employees working in the shop, not including the two managers that were just walking around. It took almost an hour and a half before they even pulled my car into the shop and then another 45 min just to patch a hole. Absolutely no sense of urgency and an extreme lack of customer service.

Ive been a patron of Discount Tire for years. I love it because you can buy a warranty on a tire even if you didnt buy it there. They will fix it for free or even replace it free. Ive gotten several free repairs and at least 3 free tires thanks to Dallas crappy roads. The Carrollton location is small but they got me in quick and took care of me when i picked up a nail on the way home from work.

I had a 10 oclock appointment and I was anxious to get in and out because I had my one year old with me. They were very nice. And very friendly. Considering I had a crying toddler with me. They all smiled and never once rolled their eyes at me. Very straight to the point kind of place. No b.s. But also had a very nice laid-back family atmosphere surprisingly.

The true mark of good customer service comes from how a business handles a mistake. This Discount Tire did an amazing job of that. Especially Edwin, he went above and beyond. Most businesses today dont care about keeping their customers, but these guys do. That is so refreshing these days.. I will continue to take both my vehicles here. Thank You!

Great service. There is only one issue I had was the tires I ordered yesterday was not ready by the time of my installation appointment (time is recommended by the staff) and I received no call or message to notify me about the delay. I showed up and had to reschedule my appointment to the afternoon. Other than that everything is good.

Everyone Ive worked with at this location has been super friendly and accommodating! My only complaint is that during my most recent visit, they didnt call when my vehicle was ready, so I waited longer than necessary to go pick it up. We are long-time Discount Tire customers and recommend them to all!

Bought some tires here a while back, and then came back to get a tire replaced under road warranty. The service techs are really friendly, and the waiting chairs were pretty comfortable. They also had water in a fridge available. Ill be back to replace 2 more worn out tires soon.

It was ok until I was checking out. And the guy doing my checkout. Openned his mouth and more less acused me of placing a screw in the tire. But I have road warranty on all of my tires thru them. Tried to contact manger but have not heard back.

This Discount Tire always has the nicest employees, the wait times may be a little high but you have to understand its because of how popular the establishment is due to there great service, and the care they UT into there work!
