Dollar Tree in general is a great franchise. What separates this store from most is the customer service. Every time I come in I am always helped. When I check out the cashiers go out of their way to actually hold a conversation. That is a courtesy that goes above and beyond call of Duty. They have no obligation and are genuine in the conversations without holding up the lines. The appearance is something to be warranted, but I can understand with a a small staff and a huge customer base it is difficult to keep up. They do strive to be excellent and it shows in the efforts of watching the staff cleaning when they can. Good job.

I bought extra Christmas bags before Christmas and was told at checkout that if I didnt use them all that I could exchange the items after Christmas as long as I kept my receipt. Its December 26th and I wasted an hour shopping around for exchange items only to be told by the manager on duty at todays checkout that since their Christmas stuff is on sale for 50% off that I could only get half of my money back. I took my Christmas bags, left the basket full of items there and exited the store. Ill pay double or triple before I ever shop there again.

If I need something for a cheap price, this is where I go. They have gift bags, wrapping paper, and balloons, all for $1 each. I wouldnt recommend buying the food there. They have a lot of expired stuff. They also have toys, but they break pretty fast. I would suggest to just buy bubbles or sidewalk chalk.

THE place to go when you need cheap easily-broken whatzits. Occasionally they have some real gems though. I found a few boxes of the harry potter trading card game here a year ago. Remember that game? Neither does anyone else.

Great Service, the store always clean. The Manager is beyond helpful. If she can she will, if she cant, she will still try, even call other stores to help. This one has always been my favorite.

This place is going down hill. The store is dirty. The shelves are a mess and they dont get enough product. If this place gets better I will change the amount of stars, but now nope.
